Their web site appears to have stopped working. I wonder if they are still in business?

Really good product and excellent customer service.

Paid for these hearing aids from Boots and received good service from them so far, but was never told that the life of the aids is expected to be 5 - 6 years according to Phonax and they can be effected by moisture and wax in the ear. I have to say that I find the main use for me is listening to bluetooth music. This works out about £8 per week Buyer Beware

Not delivered

I have this hearing aid for about a week and despite numerous e mails still can't get any sound from them neither of my 2 grandsons, who are both computer programmers,, could get them to work.

These hearing aids are truly hearing aids and not 'sound enhancers' easily set up and controlled on my smartphone.

I found this company to be very reliable.
Easy to contact and very helpful.
The hearing aids I tried had to be returned as my hearing was not compatible.

I got my first hearing aids through spec savers, they cost£1400 , I had four replacements ,they were far from worth the money they eventually gave up the ghost. I came across Join hearing on the net, I couldn’t believe 30 days free trial so I sent for them, they are far better than the ones from spec savers and a third of the price, wish I had found these in the first place,
This is not made up I am a pensioner living just outside Milton Keynes in a village called cosgrove.

Extremely disappointing
I find even on max volume the improvement in my actual hearing ability is
virtually nil
I also find them uncomfortable in the ear and worse I find at times it is difficult to keep them in.
Thus I have no hesitation in returning them tomorrow to you for a full refund.

I received no acknowledgment email of order, no email notification of delivery, when receive JOIN hearing kit found it unsuitable so email the company within 14 days to ask for a refund and where to return items. As to date 7 days later have still not received anything from them not even an acknowledgement of receiving my email.

WHILST I APPRECIATE YOUR COMMENTS FOR REMOVAL OF MY COMMENTS I CANNOT CHANGE THE ITEM I GOT AND MY FEELING AT THE TIME. I AM A DISABLED PERSON SUFFERING UNBEARABLE PAIN DUE MY DIABETIC CONDITION.
SO I HAD A VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR PRODUCT. YOUR AUDIOLOGIST WAS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC AND VERY HELPFUL. YOU SHOULD NEVER ALLOW PRODUCTS THAT YOU KNOW TO BE FAULTY OUT TO REACH CUSTOMERS AS WAS THE CASE WITH ME.
The item that was sent to me secondhand it’s a used item it is not new as it’s not functioning at all I have done everything that has been asked of me and all the procedures were followed explicitly but the product is not good so no matter how hard you try it does not want to work and the company does not respond either

I am very pleased with these hearing aids. I have been using NHS hearing aids but still struggling to hear. Now everything seems so loud. I am very pleased so far. I’ve also had to turn the TV down which is a good thing.

The JOIN Hearing has a great customer service. Although the instrument was not suitable for my mum (with significant hearing loss), I would encourage people to give it a try if the hearing loss is low-medium. The instrument is well made and instructions are very clear. Jesse at JOIN Hearing had provided me help at every stage of the process. Great customer service.

Unfortunately the hearing aids for me were not loud enough. Myhearing is not good,so I had to return them.This was a shame as they are a good brand and a brilliant price.
First rate service from the staff at JOIN the refund was sorted out in a mater of days.

Great hearing aid, and great service thanks

Purchased after old aids finally gave up . These are fantastic and a friend has the same ones same charger identical except he purchased from Specsavers at hundreds of pounds dearer . Yes he did get a hearing test and was recommended his aids . I was a bit unsure at first on purchasing JOIN hearing aids but so glad I did as they come with satisfaction guaranteed .These hearing aids are far superior to my old ones and would highly recommend. Features on these aids are undeliverable and I can hear the birds sing again . Well done JOIN hearing . Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good quality hearing aids and good service. Only negative factor is the sound quality of the earphones when linked to my Galaxy phone. Sound tinny and only heard through left hand hearing aid. Disappointing!

Very good for the price but struggling a bit with the app to be honest. But I'm still glad I bought them. Getting some loud clicks and interference when answering calls but compared to some of the products on the market these are great (a friend bought some that offered a lot of the same features and they cost £3000) so I'm very happy.

Excellent product. The hearing aids are remarkably discreet and lightweight, As a retired secondary school teacher I’ve blown the high frequencies of my hearing range and thanks to the Apple software I can simply increase those frequencies making life much more comfortable. At one sixth of the price of high street prices I’m very satisfied.

Pros. Very comfortable
Superb, helpful and friendly service. Thoroughly recommend.
Cons. Did not work as well as I hoped.
But no complaints at all!
