i’ve been on this journey with this…

i’ve been on this journey with this company for a little over a month and lost 16 pounds. i eat less and exercise and i’ve had no side effects. and this place is great about giving extra meds on your purchase incase they are a little behind for you next dose . i give a five star

I needed my medication week early…

I needed my medication week early since I was going out of town. It didn’t come as early I expected. I followed everything that was explained so, when I called the person helping me did everything he could on his end and my medication was overnighted by Strive. I also did call them.

Excellent

Honestly, I am so pleased with Levity. The process is smooth and just the right amount of medical oversight. The medication and supplies are well packaged to my home direct from the pharmacy. I am very happy that I found Levity. There are no hidden fees which I greatly appreciate.

Was charged on 4/3 today is 4/15 still no medicine

I got an email saying my RX was approved on 4/3, and that it was dispatched on 4/4. Never got meds I’m a week past due. Now I got an email Sunday saying it’s been approved again. No email ever saying that first one canceled, then yesterday saying my RX was approved. My meds updated on site but I’ve gotten very little explanation. I’ve learned more reading the FB page than I’ve read in my acct or via email. Yall took my payment without delay and I understand things happen but the lack of heads up and advance notice leaving me wondering. I emailed you guys and was told my prescription needed to be replaced. Today is 4/15 but card again was charged on 4/3. Still no meds and I am 2 days past my shot day. I was told in stay in my system for up to 2 weeks. And that I still have to wait another 5-7 days. If I do not recieve my meds by this week. I will definitely be going with Mochi or Fridays I heard great things about them as well. This is impacted and all I’ve been offered for my inconvenience in the matter is a $20 credit. Ridiculous customer service is no longer with these companies they take our money and let us have to figure it out. I need a rush on my medicine as it was not my fault this happened on the first place.

The product is very effective

The product is effective and reasonably priced. If you ever have any issues, a quick email is all it takes and customer service responds very promptly.

My only issue has been with the shipper, FedEx, who doesn't seem to realize/care that the product must be refrigerated and if there is a delay, the product arrives warm. So far, I have not noticed any lessening of efficacy, but it's still a detail that any reasonably decent shipper ought to pay attention to.

Recent delays lack notice

I’ve been otherwise happy with you guys but the fact that I paid weeks ago and I still have no idea what day this week my meds may show is disappointing. I am excited to try new B vitamin version, just hope my side effects aren’t too rough because I’m a week late.

The service itself is great

The service itself is great. The results from the medication, not so much. On the bright side I've had 0 side effects. However, 3 months in and I haven't lost a single pound.

I keep asking them to up my dose and…

I keep asking them to up my dose and they haven’t. They are super good at being on time with their orders. I have lost 14 pounds in 5 months which isn’t a crazy about but it’s something!

I have been with Levity for several…

I have been with Levity for several months! I can honestly say I haven’t lost much weight with them. I thought that I would keep trying it but after changing what I eat, etc it’s not working! Now this month when I ordered they said they have to change the compound and use it with B12 and glycerin! I’m not good with that I’m canceling and going with another provider
