Grateful for Genuine Help and Support
All of my recent primary care providers have dismissed my perimenopause symptoms. I felt hopeless until I learned about Midi. It was easy to schedule a virtual appt. Nadege Nnamani offered options and suggested supplements. She prescribed a hormone replacement patch. I've started it, and all this transpired in less than a week. I'm relieved and dumbfounded. (Why had I struggled so long to get a medical professional to believe me?!)

I've been working with a Midi Health doctor for four months and am very glad I did. She has been excellent at assisting me with my goals and listening to me. I'm very satisfied with the platform and the doctor. Highly recommended.
Be comfortable and honest with physicians
My overall experience was great. I love the way. Jordan really makes it easy to talk and to not be afraid to say what’s going on in your life, especially when it comes to menopause. Some things are embarrassing, but she makes it very easy to talk.

I honestly didn’t expect much
I honestly didn’t expect much, but my experience was absolutely amazing. I felt listened to. I felt heard and that very same day. I had medication waiting for me at the pharmacy. This was my experience and I hope the same for you. I was treated with respect and care. And I’m very grateful not only to the fact that my doc was amazing, but scheduling was so simple and the appointment I did at home.
Charged for a visit to find out they can't help in my state
I was connected to an RN who spent about 20 minutes reviewing the information I had provided. Then, quickly we realized it was not a good fit because they are only certified to administer testosterone in 7 states, not mine, and that is part of my required treatment. The invoice was highly over priced and included an "emotional behavior assessment" which was ridiculous. They did remove that but I am still left with a $143.36 bill for finding out that they are not certified in my state to help me. I had to be physically in my state for the call, so it was clear in advance where I live (Indiana). I would NOT recommend this health service to anyone. The RN was nice, so giving 1 star instead of none.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
MY FIRST APPOINTMENT ON 1/28 WENT WELL. I WAS SCHEDULED FOR A 30 MINUTE APPOINTMENT. MY CLINICIAN WAS KIND AND LISTENED BUT IT WAS OVER WITHIN 8 MINUTES AND I WAS PRESCRIBED HRT THAT WILL BE SENT OVER TO THE PHARMACY OF MY CHOICE. BEING THAT IVE NEVER HAD HRT PRESCRIBED AND DIDN'T KNOW THAT MANY PHARMACIES DON'T CARRY IT, I GAVE THE CLOSEST PHARMACY TO MY HOME. WHEN I CALLED TO ASK ABOUT THE STATUS OF THE PRESCRIPTION I WAS TOLD THAT THEY CANNOT FILL IT BECAUSE IT WAS ON BACK ORDER. WHEN I SENT A MESSAGE THROUGH THE PORTAL TO ALERT THEM THAT THE PRESCRIPTION WAS NOT AVAILABLE TO FILL AND GAVE THEM AN ALTERNATIVE TO SEND OVER I GOT A SHORT RESPONSE 4 DAYS LATER THAT THE ORIGINAL PRESCRIPTION WAS ALREADY SENT AND THAT I NEEDED TO SPEAK TO THE PHARMACIST. THEY NEVER READ THE PRIOR MESSAGES THAT STATED THAT IT WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE FACT THAT I HAVE TO WAIT 4-5 DAYS BEFORE A RESPONSE AND QUESTIONS BEING UNANSWERED IS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. IT IS NOW 2/4 AND AFTER 4 MESSAGES, IM STILL SEEKING HELP. I DONT FEEL GOOD PAYING OUT OF POCKET BEING THAT IM UNINSURED FOR AN APPOINTMENT AND NOT ACTUALLY GETTING THE ASSISTANCE I NEED TO FILL THE PRESCRIPTIONS THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO HELP ME. I DO NOT KNOW IF I WILL CONTINUE USING MIDI HEALTH IF MY ISSUES ARENT ADDRESSED WITH MORE PUNCTUAL AND ACCURATE CARE. IVE SEEN COUNTLESS ADS FOR MIDI HEALTH AND WAS SO EXCITED TO FINALLY GET SOME RELIEF BUT TAKING MY EXPERIENCE INTO CONSIDERATION I DONT THINK I WILL BE RECOMMENDING THEM TO ANYONE MOVING FORWARD.

Beyond the Guidelines: There’s Hope — Reclaiming My Health
My Midi provider is truly exceptional. She is kind, understanding, and incredibly informative. She takes the time to explain options thoroughly and offers multiple treatment paths, allowing me to decide what I’m comfortable with and what works for me financially. That level of respect and shared decision-making has meant more to me than I can put into words.
I’ve only been seeing her for a short time, yet she has already made a profound difference in my quality of life. I am 33 years old and had a hysterectomy at 26, followed by an oophorectomy at 31, which threw me into immediate surgical menopause. For years, my menopause symptoms were not adequately treated. The lack of hormones had a drastic and detrimental impact on my mental health, physical health, and my marriage.
The convenience of Midi’s telehealth model has been life-changing. I’m able to receive care that fits around my demanding job, my kids’ sports schedules, and our home life. Communication has always been timely, accessing chart notes and recommendations is easy, and labs are resulted quickly and explained clearly. I finally feel supported instead of dismissed.
Her education, compassion, and thoughtful long-term planning have genuinely changed my life. Because of her, I feel heard, validated, and hopeful again — something I never thought was possible for me.
I wish more women understood how deeply hormonal dysregulation, perimenopause, and surgical menopause can affect every part of your life. I’ve lived with PCOS, infertility, endometriosis, and a bicornuate uterus my entire life and spent years falling outside of “typical” Western medicine guidelines. I never knew feeling this good was an option for me — and I am only four months into treatment.
There is hope for women like us. Hormone therapy can be life-changing, and I am incredibly grateful to Midi for helping me reclaim my health, my marriage, and my sense of self. My family and I are deeply thankful.

I had a wonderful experience with my Midi Health provider. From the start, the doctor was incredibly kind and caring, creating a space where I felt safe to share. They didn't just rush through the appointment; they listened to every one of my concerns and addressed them with real expertise and compassion. It’s rare to find a physician who is both professional and so deeply understanding of what women go through. I finally feel seen and supported in my health journey!

Here is an honest screenshot of my experience with Midi. Everyone should be aware of their limitations so you know what you can and cannot expect.
Pros: My providers (NPs) were very knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. I have received the best care from them. Convenient Telehealth appointments.
Cons: Providers come and go. There seems to be a high turnover, which is never a good sign. When a provider quits, they assign you a new one with a new appointment. Slow responses through the patient portal. Your messages get triaged through medical assistants. I wasn’t prescribed enough medication until my next appointment and they didn’t respond timely, which was a safety concern.
In summary, providers are great, but the structure and the company not so much.
Had a terrible first experience
Had a terrible first experience. First, the NP was late for my appointment. The team did let me know but I'm a schedule just like her so I truly didn't appreciate that. I made sure I was on time. When she finally did come on, she stated she couldn't see me, but i was able to see and hear her so I don't believe it was on my end. As a result, she suggested we reschedule for the next available appointment. I will give it a try again, but i will not request her. Such a waste of my time (and she was late for the scheduled 8:30am appointment which I didn't appreciate).

This is a terrible company
This is a terrible company. They have awful communication, I don't think there is an actual person who responds to messages, because they have proven to be incapable of fixing the damage they caused my prescription that my family Dr. prescribed. They sent in a prescription to my insurance that I did NOT ASK THEM FOR OR APPROVE. I told them I did not wish to work with them and they said they understood that in a message to me, but then went ahead and did exactly what I asked them NOT to do - which was to prescribe medication AFTER I asked them NOT to! They have messed up the prescription my family Dr. sent in for me and STILL have not fixed this mistake with my insurance, even thought I've sent them many emails, messages in their portals, and even created a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Stay far away from MIDI Health - they are a nightmare!

I feel like I can do more than just survive again.
I just had my second appointment. I love that I had the same provider. I felt like she really listened to me. After a few years and poor experiences, to speak with a practitioner that really listened was such a relief. She was able to explain how my signs snd symptoms could be connected, as well, as ideas on how to get some relief. I thought I was losing my mind. Now, a month later, we just met again. She asked and answered meaningful questions. I feel so much better.

Definitely worth the visit
I was looking for someone who would listen to me and work with me to create a plan that would work for me. I have seen several different doctors, all telling me I'm within "normal range" for everything, but I didn't feel normal. I am excited to see where some catered HRT can take my health and well-being moving forward.
