Absolutely Not
I would strongly urge anyone considering Midi Health to look elsewhere.
This company claims to advocate for women’s health, but my experience showed a complete disconnect between their marketing and the actual care provided. Over the course of several months, I encountered repeated communication failures, administrative errors, and an alarming lack of accountability. I have been engaging (aka paying bills) with this company for SIX MONTHS and I still have no medication. Six months!!
I was shuffled between multiple providers, none of whom appeared familiar with my medical history. Messages were routinely ignored for Weeks (sometimes longer), requiring multiple follow-ups just to get a response. Even basic questions about my treatment—such as expected timelines or alternative options—were never clearly answered. For example, I emailed my provider on March 13 asking for a list of alternative medications after they incorrectly submitted the prior authorization to my insurance company - twice. Today is April 7th. Has anyone gotten back to me? Nope. Have I sent SIX EMAILS to follow up on this through the patient portal? Yep. There is no excuse I should be waiting a month for a response. What kind of healthcare is this?!
The prescription process was especially concerning. My medication was submitted incorrectly multiple times, resulting in repeated insurance denials. Despite weeks of delays, no one took ownership of the issue, and I was never provided with alternative treatment options—even after asking repeatedly.
Scheduling was equally problematic. Appointments were made without my consent (?), there were issues accessing visits, and at one point I logged into a scheduled appointment where no provider showed up. I was later told the visit had occurred, which was simply not true. They billed my insurance company for the visit and I had to have that fixed - and then they told me they "comped" me for the visit. Welp. That's not what happened at all.
What stood out most was the lack of accountability. Responses often ignored the actual issue and instead pushed the burden back onto me—whether that meant contacting my insurance company or repeatedly following up through their system - which - as other users have reported, they simply don't respond.
After months of effort, I was left with no treatment plan, no resolution, and a significant amount of wasted time and frustration.
For a company that positions itself as a leader in women’s healthcare, this level of disorganization and disregard for patient care is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Highly recommend
I love Mary! She’s been extremely helpful, listens to my concerns and gives me great advice and feedback. I also love that the appointments are virtual and always on time.
Quick, Efficient and Felt Well Cared For
I was able to check that my insurance was accepted, make an appointment for about 1.5 days later and meet with a provider virtually. The provider was available at 7am which was very helpful so I could complete the appointment before work. She was thorough, quick and efficient. I felt listened to and her feedback throughout the session allowed me to feel completely listened to. So many times when I have an appointment, I feel rushed and like things would get missed with all of the chart checking and being passed off from one provider to the next before I actually see a physician. Not in this appointment. The fact too that this provider understood that I needed someone who was comfortable with both menopause symptoms, weight struggles and mood struggles without blaming one thing on the other and then the other...I can't tell you how helpful that was as well.
I left the appointment with a plan and new medication to try. The only downside is the medication that I wanted to start is still going to be expensive, even with insurance...and I know there is no way for every provider to know that in a short appointment but it would be nice, in the future, if there was a way we could see the true cost of medication up front.
Grateful
I am so grateful for trying Midi to get the help I needed for all the changes going on in this phase of my life. Jordan is excellent at listening and working WITH me to formulate a plan of care to address my needs. And such an easy platform to achieve this level of help!
Wish I could give this zero stars!
Wish I could give this zero stars!! I showed up to get lab work (first of I was charged almost $200 that did not apply towards my deductible even tho they are so big on saying they work with insurance) and my provider said the person who submitted it was not licesned in my state. There as NO WAY to contact anyone to get it straightened out there at the lab, I just got a "hope your day gets better" from my provider at the end of the day after I had fasted, wasted time, and not able to straighten it out while there. DO NOT SEND PERIMENOPAUSAL WOMEN WHO HAVE NOT HAD COFFEE OR FOOD ON FOOLS ERRANDS. I wish I had just gone through my own doctor: in an attempt to save money I cost myself more $$ and stress and didn't feel they cared at all about this.

So glad I gave MIDI a try!!!
I feel that my healthcare provider listened and cared about everything I was experiencing. She was attentive, non-judgmental, and kind. For the first time in a long time, I believed that there was a chance I'd feel like a normal person again! My provider validated my feelings, and she offered real solutions. I appreciated the fact that she ordered blood tests, prescribed HRT, and helped me find the right balance. Then, she moved on to helping me to achieve and maintain a healthy weight. She also connected me to a nutritionist, helped with my hair loss issue (related to menopause), and responded to my messages via the patient portal. I am so thankful for MIDI!
Very easy laid back felt like I was…
Very easy laid back felt like I was actually listened too. I have already recommended 2 others!
Everything was just so easy
Everything was just so easy. Getting the appointment, getting it covered by insurance, the technology, and then to finally speak to someone who listened and understood and validated my experiences was just almost too much. And then on top of it all to have access to the beginning of a solution at the end of our conversation- I can't thank Midi enough!
I knew something was wrong
I have known I was having something severely traumatic in my body for at least 2 yrs now. Nonetheless due to lack of time and or just who would listen and help me, I continued to just accept this is my life after 40. I hear and have seen where labs took priority over symptoms. I appreciate that my symptoms were not only heard but validated. Treatment was started immediately.
SIMPLY the BEST
I love Midi Health. My doctor is great and their customer service is amazing. Their team is always responsive and very helpful. I couldn’t ask for a better healthcare provider.
Easy Peazy
The clinician was very easy to talk to and made the experience simple. My insurance was accepted and I received my prescription the same day!
Interested in hearing about my symptoms
The (gyno) Dr is genuinely interested in hearing about my symptoms and asks questions to further understand my issues.
Would definitely recommend!
My clinician was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and concerns and we were able to come up with a care plan that fit my needs.
Never give up
I had my daughter at 31, and after that, my thyroid decided to stop working. I gained weight, they started throwing medication at me—adjusting dosages, having bad reaction until I was “in range.”
But even in range, I was chronically fatigued. My hair was still falling out. My skin was so dry that my heels were cracking and bleeding, no matter what lotion I tried.
The brain fog got so bad that I honestly thought my next step would be getting scanned for dementia.
I’ve always been a structured, capable person. I’m college-educated and have worked in the medical field—I knew something was still off. But every lab kept coming back “normal.”
I’ve adjusted my thyroid medication up and down. I’ve switched medications entirely. Still no relief. I asked about HRT. My gynecologist told me to ask my endocrinologist. My endocrinologist told me it was my gynecologist’s job. Back and forth—with no answers.
I was at a mental breaking point! I was going to give up!
Then I saw an ad on Facebook for HRT, and I decided to try it.
That doctor was kind. She listened. She believed me.
And I finally feel like myself again—for the first time in 7 years.
I’m sharing this because it matters. As women and as mothers, we deserve to be heard. We deserve access to up-to-date care and real solutions.
I was dismissed. I was gaslit. I was made to feel like I was overreacting or looking for something that wasn’t there. Because it literally was not, with those Dr’s!
Don’t give up. Keep advocating for yourself. Something so small as an Estrogen patch could be so life changing!
And to the doctor who finally listened—Thank You!!!!
For believing me.
For helping me.
For giving me my life back
Extremely disappointed that I thought I…
Extremely disappointed that I thought I was seeing a dr when I was having problems with my prescription and getting in to see my own, she just wrote me the same prescription that I already have and told me to take it for another 30 days and she would check in. Well i have done 60 struggling days! She didn’t listen at all.

Although I love my clinician
Although I love my clinician, I am going to have to leave midi. I have actually already messaged my provider this week to see if there is another way that I can see her out of this platform. Please take note and if you have insurance, please contact your insurance company. Either this company is downright being fraudulent or they have absolutely no one with experience working for them.
For the second time this company is deciding to bill my insurance under my providers NPI and she is a nurse practitioner. In my state, it is illegal for her to practice out of the care of a doctor or a medical company without a second provider NPI. After they do what they claim is their insurance check and verify you they send you bills which are much higher than what is allotted by insurance companies. Either they have no one with credentials or they are purposely doing this because most people sadly become frustrated, don’t understand their insurance, and just pay out-of-pocket. After they incorrectly bill your insurance they proceed to harass you to no end. They will text you and email you and alert you about bills when they have no one who understands the billing process or will answer any of your questions. Furthermore, when you do get an answer or you do get an alert, it is usually something completely wrong. In my case, I was already a week into a medication went out of nowhere I was messaged that I needed prior authorization to receive my medication. Do your research know your rights and if you like your provider, try to see them outside of this platform. You don’t need this stress of this place.

Blindsided by a $150 Bill - No Insurance Disclosure
Very frustrating experience. I was a patient with MidiHealth since 2022 and had no issues using my UnitedHealthcare (Oxford) insurance. When I returned in December 2025, I verified my insurance through their system and re-submitted my card before booking my appointment.
No one informed me that my insurance would no longer be accepted.
Instead, I received a $150 bill marked as “self-pay” after the appointment. This is something that should absolutely be disclosed upfront so patients can make informed decisions.
What made the situation worse was the lack of communication. I called multiple times and left messages but never received a return call. Instead, I received delayed email responses every 24–48 hours, which felt dismissive and inefficient.
Overall, this experience showed a lack of transparency and poor customer support. I will not be continuing care with MidiHealth.

My MIDI experience has been fantastic
My MIDI experience has been fantastic. The virtual visits with my clinician have made me comfortable every step of my health journey.
Nikole was knowledgeable and thorough
Nikole was knowledgeable, a good listener, and very thorough. After reviewing my medications, she identified a link to increased blood clotting with one of them. She suggested a safer alternative along with a hormonal patch to get me comfortably through Perimenopause and set me up for my Menopause years. Thank you!
I just wouldn't recommend
I just wouldn't recommend. These people are not trained.
I was over-prescribed & no accountability was assumed by the supposed NP.
Just disappointed and was duped by the ig ads👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿
