I stopped receiving meds thru them after one vial. It ran out sooner than it was supposed to even when I administered the correct amount of medication, showing that the vial contained less than promised. Then I called to cancel. The real problem occurred when they continued to charge me $389/month for 10 months without me realizing it as it was listed as OPNLP on my credit card which I share with my husband. He mistakenly thought it was a legit charge of his own, and since I didn't recognize the name OPNLP, I didn't have any idea it was Prime Health. Now they are refusing to reverse the charges bc they say "It's a subscription service" even though I was receiving no meds and no contact with them whatsoever.

I have been a patient here for over six years. prior to the move and name change things worked quite well. since the move things have changed tremendously, wait times on the phone are longer, getting a call back almost impossible, appointment times could be many weeks out. what happened? how could this business be better before the improvements? I called to speak with a supervisor waited 9 minutes, no one picked up. hung up and called back only to continue hearing the messages about being patient while waiting for an answer. I have no patience left, yet I must continue the incredibly long wait of another 8 minutes...still waiting. 45 minutes on hold and still not answer. what was the improvement?

Im having an awful experience with these people too, just like the previous post. was not aware it was a monthly subscription. trying to get the account cancelled is way more difficult than it should be and it feels like a scam. Please be smart and go to a different supplier. wondering if I need to go to small claims court, but going to try to to through my credit card team first.

These people are awful. I purchased a product from them, and they began charging my card monthly. They would not refund these charges because they claimed it was a subscription BUT they never disclosed this was a subscription, they never provided me any information on how to use whatever the subscription service was for. They tell me to go to the website, but provided no information on that either. I told them to cancel my "subscription" and not charge me any more and they continued to charge me. Now I'm having to take these people to small claims court to get money back. They have provided no product and no service for their "subscription".

They automatically charge you the $398 even if you don't get their meds!!!
SCAMMERS!!!! BE AWARE!!! STAY AWAY FOR THIS GROUP!!!
NOTE THEY SAY THEY ARE SUBSCRIPTION BASED AND GET AWAY WITH IT

Referred to primed health after a severe, traumatic incident. Email and Letter from Dr. I called spoke to them and they said they'd allocate someone. Many emails later and I've still not heard from them, but the post event trauma gets worse.

Primehealth is good out of the gate but as your dose increases the prescriptions are not consistent; the components that make up the prescription are different each time. I believe as long as you are losing, this is an OK company but if you are one of the unfortunate ones that do not lose, they will find every excuse to NOT refund your money. They also continued to charge my card after I had said it was not working and I wanted a refund because I didn't specifically say the word CANCEL. They refused to refund my money or the additional charges they placed on my card without sending any product. I would never use them again based on their poor support for those not losing.

Started with Prime Health for my weight loss journey summer of 2025. All good in the beginning, then 3/4 of the way through I got sent the wrong prescription (semiglutide and not tirzepitide). Came pkged the same way, no reason not to trust it, so took it as prescribed and 2-3 weeks into it figured out something was wrong (late October). b/c I gained weight and had different side effects. Checked the vial and discovered I'd been sent the wrong prescription (semiglutide). Called their contact number and had to leave a msg b/c no one answered. Waited. Got my next vial (correct), but we were deep into the holiday season . No call back, I assumed it was because of the busy season, etc. When I contacted them again about the previous mistake (expecting a replacement), they said 'couldn't find my recorded msg' to validate my complaint, then charged me in December for another vial that I never received. I did talk with a CSR who was very polite and tried to be helpful, but it was determined to be 'too late' to make right. The best I could get was $100 refunded for $385++ cost. ;( I cancelled. Thought about getting a lawyer, but it would cost more than it was worth. Upside, I did lose 30 lbs (not my goal weight, but oh well...) Would I recommend them? Probably not. You can get tirzepitide for much less now than when I started. If you do go with them, just be very careful about the vials you receive and bulldog serious about reporting, documenting, etc. and hope you have better luck than I did.

This place is a scam. After receiving one shipment and only speaking to them once, I was charged $398.99 four additonal times. Basically until the money ran out on my card!

Prime Health was easy from the start. Very clear directions and quality customer service. I was able to achieve my weight loss goal and appreciated the one on one video visits with the physicians. All in all 10 out of 10!
SCAM!!!!!!!!!!
SCAM!!!!!!!!!!! They sent me one half bottle of medication and my credit card has now been charged THREE TIMES for a total of $800! The medication they sent lasted five doses and did nothing but upset my stomach. I emailed them multiple times and got the run around every time. I don't believe this is a legitimate company. Their name is very similar to another legitimate healthcare company, but they are not affiliated. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.
Everything was easy from start to finish. When I had questions, they were quickly answered.

Great support and pricing.
Helped me get to my desired goals.
Thank you so much!

Prime Health is a good company but you have to follow up with refills etc on your own. Not so good at the follow up/through aspect.

Terrible experience, I canceled months ago and continue trying to cancel. Their customer service (refunds & billing department is terrible) they keep charging me despite me confirming cancelation multiple times which has now added up to thousands of dollars (without even receiving the medication) I'm now having to dispute this with my bank.
Overall, I’ve had a good experience with PrimeHealth. However, I do have one complaint. I’m given a monthly invoice date and then subsequently charged even before my order is placed, which I do not feel is right. I should only be charged once my order has been placed and not before.

I’ve been extremely pleased with my experience with Prime Health. I was hesitant to trust getting medication online but I’ve been a patient for about 8 months now. The customer service team is fast to respond and most helpful and the medical staff is informative and pleasant.

They are very careful to check on progress, how the meds are working, any adverse reactions. The NP and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful

No issues with scheduling, labs or receiving order. I do wish they offered a pre-paid subscription to save money.
