I needed my name cards printed in a hurry, and JoinPrint did a great job! The process was easy, their team replied fast, and the cards looked perfect. I’m very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

Great product, but repeated poor delivery service.

Recent example:
Originally told that delivery would not make it for Nov 14th but for 18th, but turns out it did make it for 14th.

Delivery person called once and hung up immediately and I was not able to call back. Btw, not everybody is on call to pickup your calls during working hours. Then did the same again a few minutes later.. the delivery wouldn't pick up and I was told by the customer service over Whatsapp that the goods were not dropped off and will be returned. Never in the history of anything that I bought that the delivery was sent back and made to sound like it's the customers fault. Now I'm told that the delivery will be delayed again.

The product is good but if the delivery and customer service continue to be poor it will affect the confidence in long term repeat customers such as myself

Why ask me for feedback if it isn't going to change?

The templates were nice, but I had some issues with editing the placement of the text (it was fixed). Also, I would say the editing tools weren’t that great. Many times it just froze on me. As for choosing the paper quality, it would be nice to see how it looked. Overall, the actual business card looked nice. But the color was slightly different from what I expected.

We've been printing our desk calendar cards with you for two years. The quality is great, the ordering is easy, and your customer service is very quick to respond.

Great communication from the first email, everything that followed was smooth. Final product is great print and card quality are great particularly for the cost. Highly recommended.

The embossing of smaller text makes it look out of focus and difficult to read. Though this is my fault for requesting this, it would have been nice to get this advice proactively from JoinPrint.

The service is fine, but I strongly recommend your company consider offering a payment period. This would allow us to settle the bill on a monthly basis.

Very good quality

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the handling of my recent printing order.
On 30 August. I mistakenly pressed the button, resulting in two orders of the same print job at $596 each. I immediately realized the mistake and contacted your team within 15 minutes to request cancellation of the first order and a refund.

However, I only received a reply two days later, stating that both orders had already been printed and that no refund would be issued. This response is completely unsatisfactory and unprofessional. A prompt review of my request should have prevented the unnecessary duplication and cost.I am extremely disappointed with this experience. Given the circumstances and the fact that I acted quickly to notify you, I expect a fair resolution and a refund of the duplicate charge.Please treat this matter with urgency and provide me with a clear response.

Was prompt with replies and prints were very high quality. I required my prints within 1 week and there was absolutely no problem.

Had a little problem with the payment but it was fixed right away. Service was fast and good. So is the product.

I do think that we should get more information about the materials used, whether it is water resistant or weather proof etc. and type of paper.

Customer sales Alex is very patience with our request and business need, with quick turnaround. It's always good to connect with the same designated Sales team member which make things easier and save time.
