We decided to pave the small frontage of our Victorian mid-terrace with porcelain tiles and near exhausted ourselves as we were complete paving beginners ! We definitely didn’t want an exhausting grouting experience on top. Luckily after some research I found Joint-It Epoxy Grout and the grouting was far and away the easiest, cleanest, and most successful part of the whole job and has finished the paved area off perfectly and made it considerably more solid as it binds and seals the tiles fantastically. The waxing system and the tools provided are simple and effective and mean you can finish the job off like a Pro. We got some brilliant guidance and advice from Joint-It’s head office who offered great customer service and support. We used the Raven colour on charcoal tiles and the match is great. Thank you Joint-It.

Used this product last year after a few long exchanges with the owner / co-owner who was extremely helpful explaining exactly what base it needed / how to apply / etc etc. It's pretty easy to use and sets incredibly hard. Also it drain through well and I cant see anything (weeds /worms) would have a hope of establishing / compromising it in the next 10 to 20 yrs. A level above the old cement grout filling

When laying a new 130 m2 porcelain patio & driveway this year at home, i started looking into the daunting task of many different grouts on the market.
After a bit of research, and watching some you tube videos, I saw one by Tidy bricks and landscapes. After spending weeks laying 130square meters. I decided i certainly didn't want to be having to re-point this any time soon.

Also driving vehicles on this area, I didn't want the slabs to pop or become dislodged over time. Even though I primed them all onto a full bed of mortar.

The Joint it Porcelain Epoxy Grout seemed to be the only product i could find, which offered everything i wanted, including a decent guarantee.

I purchased the electric gun and first 75 tubes from Protillertools and got started. The great thing with this product is the fact you can start and stop when you want. I did the first 25 tubes until my back gave in. I used the flat spatula for the groove. And 5 hours later i scraped off, to reveal the perfect joint.
Its so easy to use.

And the fact I didn't have to seal the area first. only wax the joint before i started.
And it sets like concrete. But looks fantastic.
I used the Colour Raven against station black slabs.

Although this could be slightly more expensive compared to some of the brush in grouts . You dont need to buy sealer, And it secures the slabs better 100%
Its worth the extra in my opinion.
And, if in the future I needed to repair any areas. Its going to be easy to match the Colour or fill/repair if needed.

My tip also is during colder months drop the tubes in a bucket of hot water to heat up the tubes before use.
It also makes it flow better when applying and purchase the electric gun from Joint it if doing a large area.

Used the tan epoxy for my bathroom tiles with a 1.5mm gap. Application time is similar to regular grout but i believe the finish is more durable and has better water resistant qualities.
I had an issue with the applicator gun but this was quickly resolved and i received good advice from Gary.

After a lot of research on grout for my newly laid 30m2 porcelain slabs i decided to go for Joint It porcelain epoxy grout. Glad I did.
Purchased the electric application gun which is a must for a large area and heat up the tubes in warm water as per instructions from Garry at Joint It and the product applied easily and made for an amazing finish and end result. I don’t need to worry about redoing it or colour fading and has set rock hard with a nice smooth finish. I highly recommend this company and product and so glad I decided to go with it. Buy cheap, you end up doing it twice n thrice. Do it right first time with joint it epoxy grout

First, I asked a great many questions about the Joint-It Simple product before buying the 140 lbs. and consistently received timely responses and helpful information from Natasha and the technical team.

Second, I used the product to replace polymeric sand originally used when installing the 165 sq. ft. of Belgard Mega-Arbel concrete pavers in September 2014. The polymeric sand was very time intensive to install and even more so when removing it earlier this month; it did not hold up well and I should have replaced it five years ago. Installation of the Joint-It Simple was easy and it looks remarkable!

Half way through completing a porcelain patio when the application gun started to bend, this has given an uneven mixture that does not set properly. This has happened after only 4 tubes of raven. Will need to buy at least one more gun to finish the job.

I recently used Joint-It Dynamic on my patio, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The transformation is stunning - my outdoor space looks great!!

Our Indian sandstone patio was falling apart after 6 years because it hadn’t been done properly when laid by a contractor. We started by removing all the old grout, used a cleaning product to remove all the mould and black marks then a sealant product was applied. We got advice direct from the joint it rep and decided to use the dynamic product. We had very large gaps between the slabs and with it being raised we also had a lot of open edges. The product was easy to mix with an electric mixer, we covered the patio with water and tipped on the mix. It was fairly easy to spread and went into the all the gaps with ease and a little added water here and there. You do have to be meticulous about sweeping the excess off and it feels a little sticky once dry but that goes after a few days. The patio looks amazing and really glad we researched this product before attempting to DIY it. I would definitely recommend and hope it stays looking great for many years to come.

This is after review after years of having used this product. It was super easy to use and has stood the test of multiple winters. This year I clean the patio, this cause some shallowing of the grout in one spot, very minor but I like to keep things nice so I reached out to Joint-it and asked if they did a patch kit, I needed a cup of it maximum. Unfortunately they don’t and this is something I hope they may change. I got a personal call from one of their Team who offered, free of charge, to send me a small amount. A Great product and really good customer service. I throughly recommend them and the product. The colour I use was Grey.

Worst product ive ever used extremely over priced will never waste my money again. Got the full kit the resin gun was so cheaply made was not even straight so couldnt push the resin out biggest waste of money ended up going back to silkaflex so much cheaper an easier.

I recently had an issue with a patio which has been laid for about three years. I contacted Joint It and they simply couldn’t have been more helpful. Gary, my local representative called me as the same day that I spoke to them and solved my problem brilliantly. He subsequently rang back twice more to make sure all was well. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody. A totally brilliant service.

Did a little autumn project using Joint-It Simple Dark Grey. The product was so simple to use and looks great between my black limestone paving slabs.
Needed to contact the Joint-It team, and the after-sales support I received was fantastic. Will definitely be looking at using Joint-It products for upkeep of my slabs

I recently had a large patio area done with Joint It Dynamic. It's a lovely sandstone patio and my contractor recommended Joint it. I'm so glad that he did, as both the product and their service were fantastic. We used their Biff colour and the finish is really appealing and also seems very durable. The contractor realised he was running out of product on Friday afternoon so I contacted Joint it and they organised a delivery late on Friday evening which meant my contractor could finish on Saturday morning. The service was second to none and we're really happy with the product.

Great prodcuts that do exactly what they are supposed to. The vidoes are informative, Gary even took the time to call me and offer advice after I emailed over a query.
