Everything perfect, but instead of being the ordered Lion King Version i received a "no brand" Version with just black covered booklet..
Quality is the same a Lion King, took about 3+ weeks (it was within chinese new year time).

Fair pricing, fast shipping, good contact
Jointoy is the 3rd site I ordered brick sets from - I will definitively order again from these guys! Compared to others very fast, well packed. And in general I simply have, based on a short chat, the feeling that Jointoy is passionated. I will support them with future orders, I am very happy!

Broken plate and still waiting for an answer
Fast delivery and good packed
Unfortunately one basic plate is broken. I openend a ticket to solve the problem and get a replacement. 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for an answer. I know about Chinese New year in this time period but it's over now.

No need to go anywhere else!
Bought several pieces off this company now. Arrived complete, well packaged, in good time and is as good a quality as the branded stuff. They have a good range to suit all tastes, their web site is easy to navigate and I get reward points for buying.
I will no doubt buy more as their prices are competitive and affordable and there is no reason to go anywhere else!
