Joizi as a company have been really helpful, after an initial misunderstanding with a lost email. Their customer services is superb and they really do focus on the consumer's happiness. No option to cancel order
I already have a peapod mat and have no complaints about the product- ours has held up well for our children with a spread of 3 years of bed time toilet training.
On trying to paste a discount code as I was curious what that would do to the overall price plus shipping and how long it would take to arrive, it jumped straight to “processing order”. I immediately contacted the company via the e-Mail address provided to advise I wanted to cancel the order but the mat seems to have been dispatched pretty immediately and I have been told they can no longer cancel it. I’m now going to have to find the time to return the thing that I did not want to purchase as it’s too expensive and would not arrive with us on time at the correct address.
Edit- Thank you for the explanation by email and here. I do appreciate you covering return postage and attempting to contact the courier. I had not understood that the payment option I followed would pull my data from the shop app and have amended the above so as not to present incorrect info. However, it remains the case that I didn’t press to compete the order and it went through just as I was pasting the discount code in the code box. I feel really frustrated with the whole bother of now having to find time to return a parcel I don’t believe I ordered and as there wasn’t the option to cancel it regardless of whether it was technical or human error. Our website offers a variety of payment methods at check out. If you're the customer we've been in touch with this morning (apologies but can't be too sure as you've not added your order details to this review), we've explained in emails to you that you opted for one of the express check out methods, which is in fact one of the 3rd party check out platforms. Because of this, you were taken straight to the check out stage, where you had a possibility to alter or confirm your delivery address and your details. (However, if we were not in touch with you to explain, we're happy to look into your order if you could please contact us at hello@joizi.com).
Unfortunately, as your order was promptly dispatched, we were no longer able to cancel it for you. However, we're doing all we can to assist you, and that includes contacting the carrier to see if we're able to divert your parcel back to our warehouse instead and we've also offered a pre paid shipping label to return the parcel to us once you receive it.

Great pad but shrunk in the dryer
Love the joizi pad, works really well and washing lovely, would have been 5 stars but has shrunk in the tumble dryer. Drying is advised on the instructions so followed but has shrunk a fair bit and doesn’t fold nicely under the mattress anymore.

Very disappointing. Very rough to the skin like a towel. Will not lie flat, crumples under you and over time seems to shrink so it’s not big enough.

We're really sorry to hear you feel this way about PeapodMats. What you're describing certainly shouldn't be the case. The terry cotton might become stiffer over time if too much detergent is used in a wash but this can be easy to rectify by washing your mat with white vinegar.

Fantastic experience with both the item itself, and with the company!
Peapod mats are exactly as described on the website. We are using for Elimination Communication with our 7 month old (supervised, she doesn’t sleep on them).
They’re absorbent and do not move out of place!
We purchased some medium and some small, to cover play areas and sofa cushions whilst nappy-free. Would totally recommend these!
Prepare not to be disappointed!

Amazing product! Bought 2 for my disabled daughter and they have saved us from so much additional washing. The pads soak up all the urine and stop it from spreading to the sheet underneath. They also stay put all night. Brilliant!
