Absolute scam of a casino. No problem taking money but even try make a small withdrawal and they will cancel it and then tell you it's an error on their part... you still won't get it when you withdraw again

I was happy about attitude and willing to solve my problem.

I give 5 stars the customer service is quick and helpful , no bots just real people and I received my withdrawal on time with no issues .

They ban my account when i won 4900 euros they gave only 1000
And after for no reason ban the account and basically they stole me 3900 euros that i cant withdraw

And also they dont answer to the emails

DONT PLAY TO THIS CASINO REALLY IF THERE IS A POSSIBILITY TO WIN MAYBE YOU CANT FIND A WAY TO TAKE YOYR MONEY .

I won some money at the casino. But the selection lasts 3 days. They never process the request earlier. Support said it was for technical reasons. Because a lot of people win there every day. I don't think so. The casino offers nothing more than the others. Compared to other casinos, withdrawals take too long. I rate it as average. There are definitely better projects.

Beware of this casino's offers. I received a 200% bonus offer from them via email. I went directly to the casino through the link and confirmed this bonus, made a deposit and started playing. Before I red terms on their site. I had 10 days to wager. During the evening I won some money and decided go to sleep. What was my surprise when I opened the site in the morning and saw zero balance in my account. It turns out that at the bottom of the email is written in small letters " Offer & wagering requirements deadline: 48 hours after receiving the email." Imagine- wagering starts AFTER RECEIVING E-MAIL. I went to chat and asked- "Imagine that the customer does not look when this e-mail arrived (like me). According to those ridiculous rules 1 hour left to wager bonus. Client approves the bonus and tries to make deposit. I asked- will you warn this client not to do deposit because its 100% to lose money because wagering in time is impossible. Some 5-6 casino reps just walked away from the chat when I asked this question them. And none of them even admitted that such unique terms (out of general on site) are a tricky fraud. A self-respecting casino would never do that. Avoid....
