PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS…

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!!!
I placed an order in mid August of this year, AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT!!! I spent hard earned money with this company, for a product, and they still haven't given me my order (Order NO; D18035S). I have ordered from them before and this has NEVER HAPPENED. I send emails, asking where my order is, or even a refund, and when i get a response, the response email is in an Asian language When I translate it, it say that their mailbox is full and they can't receive the MESSAGE. I tried calling, and it says that the hone number isn't registered.
IT'S A SCAM!!!!
DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Never got my order

If I. Could I will give 0. Stars i order in March 7 no email no order no answering my emails just ignoring me I asked for my money back. I ask for the order and nothing. This company is just scamming us for money and not sending what's the order? I'm really disappointed and I hope somebody can do something about it because I ordered 4 rings and it was a good chunk of money and I. Lost my money didn't give my money back didn't even answer. Really disappointed.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I placed an order 24 days ago, and paid for the product at the same time. No communication after the order confirmation, no reply on their chats, apart from an automatic 'we typically reply within a few moments', (still waiting days later) and no reply to any of my emails.
Regardless of if the ring ever shows up, I would never use this company again due to their none existent customer service.

Never received the product and don’t reply

Im a recurrent client and in December 2021 I have order an ring #D17359S, the order was never received and I was informed by FedEx that the product was returned to you! As you can imagem after 10 emails without an answer how disappointed I’m and thinking the next steps! Or I get the product I received and payed or my money back! Otherwise I will have to take other actions to defend my rights as a consumer!

No Communication with Jolic’s. They Don’t Reply

The first time I was quite happy with purchase and the quality seemed ok, but took forever to ship to me. The second time a big NO. Their online customer service is never available. They don’t answer any emails, so no communication whatsoever. I never received my order and lost over $100 dollars.

I have had the worst experience with Jolics.com

I have had the worst experience with Jolics.com. I purchased a ring, didn't like the quality, and requested a return/refund. They said they will only return 65% of the purchase price. I requested, several times, their return adress and it's like pulling teeth!. To this date, they still have not provided the return address. Don't buy anything from this company! They are a scam and will keep your money! I lost $67.15, which, to me, is a lot of money. Their customer service is horrible. I have sent them 10 emails, regarding the same problem. I STILL am waiting for them to tell me where to send the ring for a refund. They refuse to send me the return address. I am very frustrated with this company. They shouldn't be in business. I tried contacting them on Facebook, but they just ignore my questions!!!

Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware! This Chinese company does not deliver within their delivery times given. They never contact you to give reasons for delays. They will not entertain a cancelled order or refund money. I guess that their customer service dept is quite busy!!
