I have received a fantastic costumer services by Jolie Moi , at list they have someone over the phone that takes your call instead of others compagny who never does , I spooked several times with JULITA what an amazing costumer services she provided me , going out of her way to find the dress I was looking for . It is my first time ordering from JOLIE MOI and not my last . I highly recommend to any one to shoppe there . The dress that I have ordered are very well made ,I love the fabric , the style , Longe sleeve , with pockets and below the knee . Thank you JULITA your the best .

I love the dress, amazing quality.
The downside is , it is so creased having been folded into a little bag, that Im going to have to get it steamed at the dry cleaners before I can wear it.

THIS COMPANY IS DISGUSTING TO DEAL WITH.
FAKE ITEMS - WITH NO QUALITY CONTROL - BOUGHT 2 DRESSES AND THEY WERE RIPPED WITH A HOLE IN THE POCKET. AFTER CONTACTING THEM THE WOMAN (WHO STATED SHE IS THE OWNER) IS AN IGNORANT HORRIBLE WOMAN ALTHOUGH SHE IS NOTHING LIKE THE WOMAN ON QVC WHO STATES SHE OWNS THE COMPANY.???? TOTALLY UNWILLING TO REFUND ME AND DID ABSOLUTE NOTHING BUT SHOUT THROUGH ME. I WOULD ADVISE NOBODY TO BUY FROM THEM. I DONE BELIEVE THESE ARE GENUINE DRESSES.

Service was good. Received my dress in couple of days. Lovely dress quality good. Unfortunate the dress was too short for me. I have had to return it. So hopefully the returns process is as easy as the delivery.
