Good day, I've escalated the issue to Eugene and he is assisting me with the refund. Authorisation has taken longer than expected, but I trust that the refund will be finalized asap. Thank you

its a scam

its a scam, you get an auto subscription if you pay for something. The scam is to get you to subscribe, then it takes emails to their agents to get your money back. They take approximately 3 payments before they react to anything. Then you will get a soppy email about how sorry they are. The whole thing is just a scam do not click. They ask you to put a good review here to get them to pay your money back so they can keep on doing it to more people.

AVOID

Absolute scam! Paid for an inflatable hot tub, they took the money, then some more money. No hot tub arrived so I contacted them. They then asked for more money; I don't think so. Went on the live chat for a refund, got fobbed off and told to email their customer services. Emailed them repeatedly, heard nothing back. My credit card company are currently dealing withthe refund. I strongly suspect the positive reviews on Trustpilot are not from genuine customers
