From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. A full list of stores and advice for customers on owning a pet can be found at www.jollyes.co.uk. Don’t worry if you don’t have a store nearby, you can shop and find helpful advice on our website.

I walked up to the shop for worming…
I walked up to the shop for worming drops for my dog. I was told the woman was not there to sell them to me come back tomorrow. No I won't be coming back tomorrow. I ended up buying worming tablets as that's all she could sell me. Why is there not some one there at all times to sell these products out of all the staff up there could not sell me what I went for.

Always a pleasant surprise Experience in the Blyth store
Excellent service....
The young lady who served me was pleasant, friendly and very helpful. She answered my enquiry efficiently and accompanied me to the product I was asking about. She made a fuss of my dog and we had a laugh when he chose the toy he wanted and carried it around the shop. Her till service was very efficient as due to the number of items I had purchased I needed to go to the car to collect a bag. No problem she put all my items through the till, including the one my dog refused to let go of, and when another customer needed serving she served him with no fuss and on my return I had very little wait time to pay for my purchases. Well done, I wish I had remembered your name....
