Drove from Evesham to Coventry (50 min drive) to buy my usual monthly supply's which is around £80. (No where closer to go)
Shelves were very bare and didn't have everything I wanted which is now becoming a regular thing unfortunately.
I asked if I could use the toilet due the amount of time travelling there and back and the lady who served me said yes no problem.
She called her work colleague "Craig" I believe was his name who told me no as there were cleaning products in there and I should use the pub around the corner. I get that sometimes H&S gets in the way but the tone and don't care attitude was poor to be honest.
Shame really as I've been going there for over a year and won't be going back.

Staff in this shop (bannerbrook park
Staff in this shop (bannerbrook park, Coventry) are usually incredibly polite and helpful but this time I was a little disappointed by the members of staff. A little brightness and politeness doesn't hurt.
Also disappointed by the doggy pick and mix being removed which does make me think there's more on offer of what I need from Pets at Home.
