EXCELLENT
This is a message to thank Lauren on a recent visit to the store at Ivybridge.
I have a new puppy ( though I've been a dog owner for 12yrs) and wanted to change from royal canin puppy as its quite expensive and only kept too as that what he was on when I collected from breeder.
Just want to say she was professional, friendly and extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent service
I went to Jollys to look at a scratching item for a younger cat. A lovely assistant took me over to see all the items, she had only just finished making that one, and thats what I bought, Elizabeth kindly carried it out to my car, which was very much appreciated. Excellent service.

I always visit Jollys at Endsleigh, The staff are always super helpful and very friendly. My dog also loves coming along for some fuss and treats. They are all doing wonderful job especially Vicky who is always so helpful

No more discount!!!
Very disappointed that I was unable yo use my discount for the pet club. I was asked if I was a member ,gave my postcode yet the price was not discounted. The sales advisor stated they no longer do this anymore ,and passing discount onto all customers. Really ? My 15kg fog food was several ££ more than on discount so fail to see how everyone now has a discount. I will not shop again.
