Between PetsAtHome and Jolleys, It's Jolleys
Competitively priced. I have the choice of PetsAtHome at Ikea's Giltbrook retail park, or Jollyes at Waterside retail park in Ilkeston.
Typically, i'll nip to Jollyes for exotic pet food and cat food and the staff there are always too happy to help, especially when my hands are full and carrying the heavy dry cat food bags to the car.
I'm always greeted "Joll-fully".
Some of the prices are a little high depending on what you're looking for, but that's competing retail. I always head to Jolleys as my first port-of-call (and I'm a stickler for looking for bargains or saving money - I believe I haven't stepped foot back at PetsAtHome since shopping at Jollyes). They cater for almost all pet types, and its always a positive experience to shop here.

Such a welcoming place to shop
This is such a welcoming place to shop. All of the staff know my dog by name and come to give him cuddles.
On the product side, there’s a great range of products with pretty competitive prices and plenty of offers, ie two for £18 on the big bags of cat litter.
Great place for pets and their owners.
