Love the new store at Lakeside. Easy to get too, free to park and the store is great. Staff are really lovely and always there to help with a smile

Poor Service
When I entered the store, I saw 3 staff members stacking a shelf at the back of the store who didn't even notice me. I returned to the checkout with my items and nobody was there, so I had to call out loud for a member of staff to come over. Eventually, begrudgingly someone did.
I then asked a simple question regarding stock replacement times and dates of an item I regularly buy there, and the assistant wasn't sure of the answer.
I will be using the other major pet store from now on.

Lovely shop
Lovely shop. Always clean and bright. Staff are super helpful, always polite and friendly. And my 3 dogs love me shopping there as I always bring them home lots of new treats.

Care check prices carefully.
Love the choice that they have in stock. High quality items to pick from.
However need to be carefully that you are charged correctly, the item we purchased had a wrong barcode and item discription, so were charged for a larger item than we purchased.
