Overwhelmed by the products accuracy! Awesome!

Initially I was disappointed because the request for more information through the tracking company required payment and my card was billed $40 dollars when the request said $5 fully refundable. Card charges were denied.
Finally I did receive a photo as proof of delivery which satisfied my request. That followed up by the generous offer to replace the stolen item by Jollynova turned s bad experience to a good one. Thank you.

Excellent customer service experience, highly recommend!

I’m will give them an average rating as of now. My package was stolen. I contacted customer service and they provided me with some pictures for the proof of delivery but I had no luck finding the package. I am hoping to get a replacement for my order.

This morning I was truly touched by the kind gesture from Jollynova. I had ordered two beautiful pairs of glasses and was so happy to have finally found what I'd been searching for in Montreal for weeks without success. The morning I was waiting for my glasses to be delivered, they were stolen right from my doorstep. I was so disappointed.
This morning the company wrote to me saying they'll replace my stolen glasses! I just can't believe it; my heart is bursting with gratitude. Thank you, Jollynova.

I ordered my glasses in the middle of November. Two pairs. It said 5 to 7 days delivery and I'm still waiting. The tracking has approximately 30 different stops coming from China. Now it looks like it's in linden New Jersey, but it's been 8 weeks. Who knows when they'll arrive. I've already put my credit card on alert in case I never see them.

These are cool glasses at a great price. Everyone mentions them. The lenses were cut perfect and they get nice and dark in the sun. Being cool on a budget is double cool! Their shipping is kinda of terrible. From what I can tell 3 different companies will handle your package. By company three if it is lost you will be in charge of figuring things out. I would be reluctant to order another pair after my experience with shipping, but I might and hope for the best.

Customer Service! Didn't arrive because of the Christmas rush and I asked them and they returned by email THAT DAY! No one does that! Love my frames. Well made! Very kitch fashion too. Love them! And thank you. I will be back! This is my second pair!

These glasses are the cutest glasses ever. They look exactly like in the video! And I can see perfect out of them, and be on a computer for hours! However, I can’t walk around with them, for me, they are blurry in my distance area. Daniel was lovely to deal with!

The titanium glasses I ordered from Jollynova are good quality and light as a feather. The lenses seem perfect. Got exactly what I wanted. They were quick to respond to my questions, very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend Jollynova and I will be ordering more glasses from them in the future. Thank you so much!

They are a rip off company. Website leads you to believe they are in California. They are in China. Send wrong frames. Don't fit. Wrong orders. When you want to return them it costs $70 to ship to China. Don't order from them!!!!
