DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. TOTAL SCAM!!! They missed their delivery promised date by over a month. Returned their $140 sunglasses as they were cheap crap and extremely poor quality.
I returned the glasses per their return policy. They lied and fought my bank every step of the way.
Thank God I saved the UPS receipt. I also took pictures of the goods in original packaging. A habit I have doing business with any company Chinese.
It took 4 months for my bank to reverse the charge as they claimed they never received the glasses. Which forced my to open up a tracking verification at Ups.
What a total time waster this company was.
There is NO VALID customer service phone number. They also never replied to 4 separate emails to their customer service email.
Buyer Beware! Bait and Switch!!! Go ANYWHERE but jollynova!!!

Daniel at customer service took care of my concerns in a very professional manner I ordered the polarized punk steampunk sunglasses with blue lenses they are well made comfortable look really good and I love the blue lenses

Response is always within 12 hours at the most depending on your location and time of day. A great company to work with for your prescription glasses.

I have over 30 pairs of glasses from all over the globe. I have made two purchases of two pairs each time from Jollynova. The pricing is competitive and I am very pleased with my purchase. The glasses look terrific and were made correctly (I wear strong progressives).

I've read reviews complaining of the size of the glasses or how they fit them personally which is not a vendor problem. If you are going to order online, you need to know what size of lenses look good on you. I prefer smaller lenses and Jollynova had plenty to choose from. I will continue to add to my collection from Jollynova.

Bought 2 pair #$$75 each . These are HUGE on the face . Very wide lenses. I have a Men's Med face , these are larger than Ray Ban Aviators . Like Goldie Hawn 60s BIG FUNKY FRAMES . 3 Stars best I can do . Pmt & S/H is within 2 weeks @10 days . Can't give review of product ...they are just too big !
