bad customer service
I have been ordering from Jollyroom for more than 3 years everything that I needed for my child. They used to have very good customer support but I don’t know if they have change in management or what has happened but now is very bad. I have been trying for a month to get my right order as they sent me wrong one. I go back and forth on emails every day. First they informed me they will send the right order, than when I didn’t received it they said is wrong I should place a new order. Also I have returned the wrong one more than 2 weeks ago still they don’t send me refund. What is even more frustrating is they cannot care less so they respond to me in Swedish even though I wrote them in English. They just copy paste responses. After hundreds of orders and loyal customer to jollyroom I will never order again!
