Delivery was very slow to the UK
Delivery was very slow to the UK. I placed my order on 11th Nov, it shipped on 21st Nov and it arrived on 22nd Dec. It was stuck in customs with Royal Mail for a month, likely due to the strikes and delays. Nonetheless, it arrived well packaged and with 3 free samples. I suggest placing an order well in advance, before your skincare runs out, as it's uncertain how quickly it will arrive. Jolse states it takes around 15-45 business days, but during promotion periods (when I ordered), it can take longer
Fake Troxederm Products
Jolse sent me a fake Troxederm repair mist, and I flagged that it was fake to customer service since I’ve previously purchased the product from other reputable vendors. They assured me I was wrong, and so I tried it and it smelled nothing like the original product and had no benefit on my skin. When I notified them that I still believed this was fake and needed to return it, they told me I couldn’t return it because I opened it…but I only did that because they lied to me about it’s authenticity. They’re selling fake products!!! This is so dangerous! Beware!
Good, but wish they would reduce packaging waste/plastic use
I have ordered from Jolse many times over the past few years and it is always delivered quickly and the products are authentic. My only issue is that every time I order, I request no samples (they are wasteful, I never use them, and I don't want to risk getting something with ingredients I'm allergic to). Every time, they tell me they can, then I receive the package and it is filled with samples. I have since switched to other stores that do remove the samples and/or don't use as much plastic in their packaging.

Amazing experience! It was my first time using jolse, my order arrived in less then a month. It was packaged well. The amount of freebies I got was unreal. Products are authentic and from South Korea. Can't wait to order again 😊

My experience with Jolse was amazing
My experience with Jolse was amazing! At first I thought it would take 1 month for my order to arrive. I've placed my order September 20th & it arrived in the UK, October 3rd (free express shipping through fedex). My order was worth £106 & about 2.5 kg, wasn't hit by customs, I don't know if it's just luck but I was ready to pay just in case any customs fees occur (it was clearly written on their website policies as well).
The amount of freebies they give was unbelievable, usually I order from a korean beauty store in London but they only give about 2-3 small sachets of free samples, but will Jolse I think I received about 20, plus they gave me a small face cloth, scrunchie & a pair of socks.
Products are authentic & from South Korea 😊
I will definitely buy from Jolse again & I will only buy my k beauty products from Jolse (I can't believe how much money I wasted on K beauty prods I bought locally) 😊😊😊 Thank you Jolse, it made me so happy.

I've been ordering from Jolse multiple times a year for at least five years now. I love the range of products and brands that they stock, and all very reasonably priced with frequent sales and discounts. Orders usually ship really quickly and express delivery arrives within a week. When I've needed to contact them they usually respond very quickly too.

Great overall experience for a first-time purchase from Jolse. I was initially sceptical about ordering from a different site than where I usually get my K-skin care but I'm pleasantly surprised. The order was quickly dispatched and arrived in a couple of weeks. Everything was packaged carefully and full of samples. They do stock brands I can't find anywhere else so will be shopping from there again for sure.

Would rate zero if I can. The customer service just ghosted me after promising my refund they never followed up because I never received my item and it was shipped back to them so essentially they took my money and ran. Terrible terrible

Great experience recently! I had purchased from them years ago and everything was great. It's the first time in about 2 years since i purchased from them and they are still great. Shipping from Korea to the US took about 2.5 weeks. Products were just as described.

It was amazing overall. Everything was packaged nicely and in it's own packaging. It arrived within 3-4 days which I was super surprised about and didn't have to pay any customs fees. (I live in Canada) They constantly have sales so usually the prices are lower/the same as other korean websites. This site is really reliable and everything we got was legit and amazing. 10/10 would order from again and recommend to others
Great customer service & express delivery
This was my first time ordering with Jolse. I was a bit worried with the delivery/ customs clearance process, but everything went smoothly. My query and request before and after ordering were answered promptly (I used both email and the 1:1 function). They used DHL Express to Austria. Took less than 5 working days for my package to arrive. Jolse is generous with samples/ free gifts, including socks (I like the socks, they will be good for summer). And yes, I’m aware of the VAT and customs-related fees for Austria. The amount was in line with my own estimate. I’ve paid these through DHL who deals with the Customs office on your behalf. Overall, happy with my experience. If they have more choice of products, that would be great.

I used to order from STYLEVANA (which was a big mistake please don’t order from them) but happened to have an issue with my parcel (my parcel was stuck in HK since the 08/12/21 and I had to spam them to get a refund start of February 2022).
After this unfortunate event and me needing my skincare products I had heard of JOLSE since 2019 but never placed an order because of the small amount of reviews but I decided to give it a try and let me tell you : STYLEVANA could not do the amazing job JOLSE does. Whether it’s customer service wise (their reply are always super fast and clear), shipping wise ect….
I live in France, it took exactly 13 days for me to get my parcel. I didn’t had to pay any extra fees and everything was well wrapped in bubble wrap. JOSLE also include a lot of samples which is awesome if you want to try new brands before buying the full size. I will from now on only order from JOLSE!
Good deals and good customer service
I purchased enough to get free express delivery and it was so fast! Very happy with the efficiency. All of the products arrived safely and I did not notice any of them looking 'fake' (which I was a bit worried about as a first time customer)
The only problem was that one bottle of mist leaked. But I contacted customer service and they gave me a partial refund really quickly. Only a small volume of mist was gone and other products were not affected so I would say a partial refund is reasonable.
They have limited time promotions and you can find many popular products there at great prices.

Everything was perfect. Great prices, wide range of products - I was particularly interested in korean haircare and they have an amazing selection. It only took 1 week to arrive to the UK, with standard shipping, even though the website said it might take up to 45 days. It took a few days to get the tracking number, but then overnight it arrived to Europe and it was ready for delivery. No extra taxes, shipped with FedEx. Everything was really well packaged with a lot of bubble wrap in a compact box, and they sent so many free samples as well. I know where I'll buy all my skincare from now on!

I bought couple of mascara and I got dried out items that I can not use. I tried to address it with them and send several emails to their customer service with no response. Their customer service email is on regular gmail which is suspicious and really does not give them a lot of credibility. So be aware, but I will not recommend that site unless you are OK losing getting products that do not meet the quality

Very happy long time customer of Jolse. Aside of a few clunky translations the website is easy to use and with categories you can quickly find what you're looking for.
The range of products could be larger, but it's still a nice selection and they do carry most of the popular and well-known brands. The prices are reasonable and on par with most other sellers. They also offer many different types of discounts and sales - because of them, I had about 30% shaved off from the total price of my latest order. An additional selling point for me is the free gifts (most often sample sized products) many SK cosmetics sellers send out. They're a great way of discovering and trying out new products you might like, and Jolse is known to be very generous with them.
My most recent order was a bigger haul of cosmetic and skin care items, so I got free expedited shipping. It was very fast - I live in a small village far from cities, yet even with the busy xmas season I found the parcel at my door within 5 days of placing an order (original delivery estimate was 11 days). Everything was carefully bubble wrapped and I got all the things I ordered, plus a huge pile of freebies.
Before ordering I contacted the customer support for questions and to make a special request regarding my order. I found them to be helpful and friendly, they replied quickly, and my request was kindly accepted even though no way obliged to and it caused them little extra work. I'm surprised so many people are commenting they can't reach customer support. I had no problems (sent multiple messages and got quick response to all in SK morning time), but I used the site function instead of emailing, maybe that's why? That's what they recommend on their contact page too.
Possible point of improvement I see concerns the shipping information. Despite turning the notice board over, I had no clue who delivers my order or how long it takes before the parcel was handed to DHL. I'm sure having options and even rough delivery estimates listed clearly would be useful to customers.
I'm sure someone will judge this too as a paid advertisement but whatever. Sincerely just never had a problem with this store.. Then again I always check what I buy when it arrives, not weeks later, and am readily aware of the customs laws in my country. I also don't expect a cosmetics retailer to refund me for the YMMV experience when it turns out items I decided to buy don't work for me.
