The shoes looked good quality
The shoes looked good quality, but I had to return them as they were too small. I'm giving a one star review because of the shipping fees to return them which amounted to almost £28 from the UK. On the website it only said this is calculated on the portal after selecting the number of items to return. Having seen the return from the Eurozone was £5, I expected this to be higher but I find it a ridiculous amount when other French brands do free or low cost returns. If it was lower I would have ordered a different size but can't risk paying almost £60 on top of the price of the shoes!

This time I had not so satisfactory…
This time I had not so satisfactory experience. I ordered two pairs of shoes on sale. And one was delivered correctly, but the second pair was totally wrong model and wrong size. Returned it and waiting for credit. Return process was rather straightforward but refund is taking a week already.

First time experience with this company is rather atrocious
First time experience with this company and wow unfortunately no option to award zero stars.
I ordered a pair of shoes from their website and it took quite a while for them to be posted. They arrived quickly after they finally posted them. One shoe was with defects which I reported promptly the same day as they arrived. One response asking for pictures of the box!?! The box is fine, so I responded back reiterating what I already said and again attached the picture of the defect on the shoe.
No response over 2 days, I emailed them again reminding them about my consumer rights. No response, no acknowledgement. This left me with no other choice but to file a dispute with PayPal and hopefully get a response.
So in short, do not purchase from this company.

Finally managed to get a response after WhatsApp. Thank you! And will be sending the shoes back tomorrow via DHL collection service. I hope no issues from now on.
As a customer I would suggest you fix the return/defect reporting options on your website as it is not clear. If you don't look at emails, close those options and only leave the WhatsApp option. Explain to you customers. I will edit my feedback once more when the refund is received and see how long it takes.

It has been 10 days since the shoes have been returned and delivered to Jonak via DHL and I am yet to receive any confirmation or communication at all let alone a refund. Simply unacceptable!

Finally received full refund through PayPal claim.
Read on. Initially Jonak tried not to reimburse me for shipping fees even though they sent the faulty shoes! I refused the partial refund. Then after a few days of claim carrying on. a full refund was FINALLY issued even though the faulty shoes were received on the 6th of February. I am very pleased the whole thing is finally over.
I think it is fair to say I shall never attempt this palaver again. No pair of shoes is worth this amount of hassle and stress!
