Just had akitchen fitted by the range in Wigan, very happy with it and the price was very reasonable. Alex at Wigan store came out ,measured up, told us what we needed and it was fitted with in 3 weeks as they had a cancellation

We’ve had a really great experience designing our kitchen so far. James at the Newport store has explained everything really clearly, gave us guidance and advice and answered any questions we had. He’s also been accessible from the start and during whole the process and willing to be flexible when we’ve not been able to finish work etc.. We’ve had a little hiccup with a worktop, but again James has been on it, trying to find a solution to get the matter resolved. The kitchen itself is not yet fitted, so I can’t comment on that yet. Just really happy with the service so far!

From the moment we walked into the display area at the Range Stockport Colin made us feel welcome listening to our wish list and the issues we had with our small Kitchen and our chosen style we agreed a pre design survey

Colin arrived on time and we further discussed our proposal the design agreed we visited Colin at the display and placed our order a simple straight forward process we agreed a delivery date to suit us no pressure to take it sooner
On the day of delivery the team delivered the items and stored them safely in the place we requested fantastic service

Upon assembly the whole kitchen fitted perfectly the units went together without issues probably as a result of the quality materials used by Jonas & James and the build quality included pre delivery assembly check not forgetting the bespoke instructions we received not the usual flat pack generic ones

Overall a fantastic experience from the first visit to the finished installation not being harassed and chased around the store by over zealous staff not being met with a if your not spending money today you are wasting my time attitude found in other kitchen suppliers showroom and on top of that value for money

Richard was friendly and approachable right from our enquiries several months ago to the planning stages and beyond. The quality of the kitchen we have is great and what really impressed us was his attention to detail, so that we got exactly the kitchen we envisaged.
The suggestions he came up with and how he cleverly designed for the space we had ,has made the kitchen a significant core to the development of our home.
Jake Cornworthy very ably led the skilled team of tradesmen to complete the work to a high standard. Each and every one of these professionals worked to a high standard and were a pleasure to meet.

Kitchen units were of top quality, delivered exactly as arranged. Colin at The Range Stockport was extremely helpful, with nothing too much trouble.
Steve, the recommended fitter was great, worked very quick and tidily and was eager to make sure that any last minute tweaks and adjustments were carried out thoroughly.

We are really pleased with our new kitchen supplied by Jonas and James. Colin from the Stockport branch, visited us when we had scaffolding poles, lintels and bricks everywhere. He came up with an outstanding design, which makes the most of the original features, light that functions well all at a great price. Colin also recommended quartz partners who did a great job.Delivery was all on time and as promised. All round great customer experience highly recommend them.

From start to finish, the process was so easily, Colin has been fantastic, from a quickly arranged measure up appointment, to the design & delivery, it couldn’t have been more efficient. Great friendly service. Lots of advice and good tips on the layout of our new kitchen from Colin, which was then great to see on the computer. Measurement service was great and Colin more than happy to come to our house at a time to suit us.

Kirsty the kitchen designer from Doncaster store came over due to the Birstall site not having a designer. From the 1st meeting she took on board our needs & design ideas and came up with a great design which met our needs to a tee. We had very few problems from that point and any we did have, Kirsty sorted it out in double quick time. The quality of the units is superb and we are over the moon with the finished result. Would definitely recommend Jonas & James kitchens and the Range design service.

Richard at the Range in Paington, designed my new kitchen, after listening to what was important to me.
He offered informed advice on all aspects, doors, handles, worktops and white goods until we came up with the perfect design. He then arranged for the best kitchen fitter ever, Jake, to fit my kitchen in just 4 days. Arranging for the plumber electrician and gas fitter to seamlessly fit in with deliveries etc.
Jake also arranged for the old kitchen to be collected and disposed of.
Inow have a superb kitchen, good to look at, efficient to use. Everything works beautifully.

From start of our design through to delivery we have been very happy with the process, service and quality of our new kitchen. The units and doors are of a very high standard and are much better quality than other kitchen providers we have looked at.

James at Newport branch was very good with his design skill and knowledge of available products and was quick to give us quotes and images. But more importantly the design fitted into the space perfectly. He really helped to make to vision come to life.

Appliances came from a separate supplier and we had a minor issue with a damaged wine fridge, which was immediately rectified with a replacement delivered the next day.

We did not get our worktops from the range so can’t comment on that but this was purely down to personal choice and what we wanted was not available to purchase from the range at that time.

Overall our experience has been fantastic and for the price, service from James at the Range, Newport and the quality of the kitchen, we would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a high quality kitchen that doesn’t break the bank.

We went to the range in Paignton in Devon to look at the kitchens they had and after speaking with Richard we arranged with him to come and do a kitchen plan for us and we chose our kitchen with Richard's help and very knowledgeable advise .Richard also recommended a kitchen fitter for us by the name of Jake Cornforth who was absolutely brilliant his team of workmen came in when they said they would and got the job done to an amazing standard .We are so pleased with our new kitchen .Richard did phone us to let us know that there was a delay on 2 cupboard doors when the kitchen was due to be delivered and kept us updated on the delivery of the doors which was only a couple of weeks and they turned up without any problem and Jake came back to fit them and finish the job .We would like to thank Richard, Jake and the team for a fabulous job and brilliant workmanship and communication.

Measured our kitchen which took time out of our days and despite contacting them - we never heard from them again. A waste of our time and to be honest doesn't bode well for customer care when a kitchen is bought.

We have recently bought a kitchen from Jonas and James kitchens and we are so pleased with the quality and the price of the kitchen. The kitchen designer Scott McArthur in the Bournemouth store was very efficient, professional and friendly. Scott gave great advice on the design and colours which really helped the process. He gave clear communication on delivery time etc. Thank you Scott for all your help with our lovely new kitchen, it was invaluable.

Our sales man Scott did a fantastic job, he made it so easy to purchase our new kitchen, we are so very pleased with the final result, It was only by chance that we went to the Range as we did not know that they supplied kitchens and so glad we did with a price that beat all others and quality that I believe is better also.

We bought our kitchen from the range in Paignton from Richard Bickerton. He was so helpful in planning and designing our kitchen. He was also very patient with us as it was on order for at least 6 months due to issues. The date had to be changed 3 times which he did with no complaint. He also recommended a kitchen fitter called Jake Curnforth who did a superb job and nothing was too much trouble. His team were also very efficient and very helpful. We’re extremely pleased with our kitchen with thank to richard and Jake for giving us our dream kitchen. We cannot thank you enough.
