Estate Agents that prioritise landlords…

Estate Agents that prioritise landlords and not tenants. I lived in a sub par flat that was damp and essentially unliveable. Issues were reposted constantly and nothing was ever done. I'm out of pocket from living at this property and they retained part of my deposit so the landlord could do the flat up, not fix the ongoing problems and get it back up for let. The poor tenant who moves into that flat will have their belongings ruined. Estate Agents made zero attempt to help me and sided completely with the landlord. I was vulnerable as they were more than aware. Landlord and agents completely shameless. Do not rent through this company as they do not have your back.
