Poor quality, poor service
The quality of lighting is disappointing. The brass seems low-quality and is easily scratched, and the lamp and chandeliers are made up of thin black plastic tubing, which looks and feels inexpensive.
Shipping was delayed weeks beyond the expected arrival date, and the presentation was poor and amateurish. It didn't feel like it was coming from a business; instead, somebody threw a lamp in a box and then threw some plastic wrap on top of it.
To make things worse, the owner rejected a legitimate return within the 30 days policy of the platform they were selling on. After a long back and forth, quoting their terms of service and pushing back, they accepted the return. After shipping the item, they rejected the refund, claiming it was damaged on arrival. Their proof of damage was a photo of the light as it had arrived to me. So essentially, the reason I was returning it was the same reason they were rejecting the return.
I've spent nearly a hundred thousand on home goods, much of it from overseas sellers, and this domestic transaction was by far the worst experience I've ever had.
