I cannot praise Jones Family Funeral Directors highly enough. Their professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail were exceptional from the very first moment. They guided us through every step with calm reassurance and made sure everything was handled with dignity and care.

The service they arranged for my mum was beautiful, respectful, and exactly what she deserved. Every member of the team showed genuine kindness, and nothing was ever too much trouble.

Outstanding service during an incredibly difficult time. They took care of my mum with such dignity and supported our family with real compassion. I would recommend them without hesitation.

From the start to the end I can not thank them enough . They sorted out a funeral or to be forgotten for a long time . My dad was in the army 22 years and he had a send off any military man would be proud of Jayne and Natalie sorted out everything with the rwf he had standing bearers he had the bugler playing the last post … they made the whole process so nice for me and my dad . They went above and beyond all expectations truly are amazing I will forever hold them in my heart for everything they done for me

I don’t really know where to start! Jayne & Natalie have both gone above and beyond for me throughout the whole process.
I met them both when they both came to collect my loved one from her home and we knew straight away we would want to use this business for the funeral and the care of our loved one.

And the fact that it is a solely run female business was the cherry on the icing!

They really taken over and helped me in every way possible. I really wasn’t in the right headspace and Jayne and Natalie just helped me completely. They made sure I wasn’t stressed in the slightest and offering a lot of comfort. There was even things I forgot to bring for my sister to be dressed and they kindly went out of their way to get them for me without hesitation!

They are literally 24/7 service aswell as I was messaging them 1-2am silly questions and they would reply (if they were awake) honestly I was so amazed. It’s really like gaining 2 new friends

My sister was given the dignity and respect she deserved and would of been so grateful she was being dressed, washed and cared for by women instead of males. Because in life I know she wouldn’t of been happy if a man was seeing her without clothes on etc so why in death do we feel this is ok? They really opened my eyes to this and it was the best decision and I just know my sister would of been so comforted by this especially.

This should really be talked about more in my opinion!

These ladies really went above and beyond their jobs to help me out and the death and the service was over Christmas and new year where most places were closed. But these ladies managed it all in their stride and got everything we requested within the shortest turn around aswell.

They even got a priest to come to their place privately to bless my sister before the coffin was closed and this was just amazing.

Funeral service was perfect and it went exactly how I imagined.

Nothing but gratefulness towards this duo and highly recommended to anyone who unfortunately ends up in the decision process of their loved one.

I also purchased my ring with ashes in through these ladies and again, they helped me no end with this.

The only thing I can take away from this experience in loosing such a loved one, is knowing that my sister would of been very happy in their care and also happy with the funeral.

Very affordable for the service they provide they really are.

Jayne and Natalie were absolutely brilliant when my mum passed away in November 2024, she didn’t want a funeral which I found difficult but Jayne and Natalie were with us all the way through from collecting mum with dignity from the care home and keeping us informed when mum would be cremated. On the day of the cremation we met them at Pentre Bychan and drove up behind the hearse, and I was able to say goodbye. The girls were amazing so respectful and kind I can’t thank them enough for the caring way they dealt with my mum and everything they did for us.

When you don't live in Wrexham and have to leave everything in the care and hands of other people when your brother passes away suddenly in a place you live over 4 hours from, these are the ladies to sort this out for you the communication and tender care shown to myself and my brother at this sad time went above and beyond anything I had experienced with other family members funerals, harder for Natalie at this time as she was also my brothers friend and neighbour but the professionalism shown from this family to our was amazing, (with it all being done over the phone and meeting for the first time on the day of the funeral,

A proper family funeral directors. Jayne and Natalie are absolutely lovely and really go above and beyond to make sure they get everything just right. They make sure you get the very best value for money. Their care and attention to every detail made us feel that our Mum was truly looked after and her last journey was vey special. We are extremely confident that they treated our Mum with dignity and respect and are happy that we chose to use them. Completely recommend. Absolute 5 star service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very helpful, friendly service.
I hadn't really an idea of what I wanted when I first visited but I was given lots of information on the available options. Very knowledgeable directors.
Very easy to work with and they are keeping me informed at all stages.
Very impressed, so much so I've added an addendum to my own Will instructing my executor to use Jones Family Directors for my own cremation....hopefully not just yet though!!

Jayne and Natilie are a wonderful mother and daughter team, made us feel at ease and felt like friends were looking after my son for the 5 weeks they looked after him. They also work woth a lovely Celebrant team. Nothing was too much trouble for these ladies.
