Joneshenry, now ihenrys are a bunch of charlatans. As per other reviewers I placed an order for a Ninja Air fryer. Took my money, provided a tracking number. Original website (joneshenry) and tracking site are now offline. New website (ihenrys) is up and running, but for how long. I have not received my goods, I'm £107 out of pocket.

Do not attempt to buy anything from these people .... Total Scam !!!

If I could give them less I would.
I bought a camera from them for £450.
Everything seemed legit and above board. I received tracking details which I could follow up until 2 days ago when they just disappeared.
I am unable to get hold of them and their website is not recognised.

Bought a DVD player from this company didn't realise that it was scam when i tried chasing them i did not get and answer from them and the tracking number and site are now dead so beware i will inform Trading Standards and HMRC to get them investigated and hopefully end this problem.

Now Change their domain to the following ihenrys.com

This outfit is a sham/scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.They change name/identity more often than their socks. I have had similar experience as per other reviews . The company is only contactable by email - No telephone number - response in Russian - Bit of a clue there. Couriers are a purportedly in Poland or Russia and no location etc. If you have used a credit card - Cancel NOW and get a re-issue

The review from Vallery Bossen is absolutely spot on... JonesHenry.com, previously JHenrys are a scamming outfit, purporting to be a smily happy family business running out of Bridlington, East Yorkshire, totally fake, just as the previous JonesHenry, their domain is now down & no doubt they will move on with another subtle change to their domain name. There is no contact tel number, you will if you place an order get a delivery tracking number, probably from an outfit called Retalia, also scammers but you will not receive your goods, you will not get a response to your e mails, they will however have your card details, so recommend you close it down & get your issuer to issue you a new one. Note & a give away, prank any purchases & every item on their web site & I mean every item it states " less than 4 in stock, order soon" just to try & hurry you along into a purchase you'll never receive... I did e mail their info address asked for their tel number, they said their phone connection was down & up dates to enable it in hand.... Complete scammers
