Great service. The whole team have worked with me through several date changes. The guys packing my goods were friendly , helpful, supportive and took great care with all my belongings.
They kept disruption to a minimum, were clean and tidy. I would defiantly recommend this company and would use again

These guys are FANTASTIC. Used for our house move tail end of 2022 from Fleet area to Godalming area, and honestly couldn't recommend enough. Best quote we had for a start (very reasonable prices) and efficient doesn't even begin to cover how they work. Everything handled with care and precision, packed securely, and move completed swiftly. 100% would use you both again and again. Thank you.

Fantastic service! Excellent communication, flexibility and understanding throughout the whole process. We had a very complicated move with the exchange/completion date changing multiple times and Rosie was very empathetic to our circumstances. On the day, the team were great - they turned up on time and got cracking with the job with an impressive level of efficiency. Definitely recommend!

I used Jones moves recently to move out of my Flat and they where amazing. Rosie in the office was great keeping me updated on what was happening etc and the guys that did the actual move where Brilliant.

I just moved today to a new flat. From the moment I requested a quote until the end of the moving service, all went smoothly. Jonesmoves is a family-owned company, who care about its clients until the end. Decent prices compared to other big companies with lots of little letters to read between the lines. Here no hassles and no unnecessary charges. Either by phone or email, just let them know what you need to move and they will ensure to provide you all they can for a smooth service. And during the nice day itself, the 2 guys did a wonderful job carrying all the boxes and furniture for quite a few hours ( I had many boxes). They were careful all the time to not scratch or damage anything. Very punctual and honest throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them to friends and would definitely contact them again in the future! Thank you Jonesmoves for this smooth and stress-free move!

When I was trying to choose a removals company, I was bombarded with emails, texts, quotes (ranging from £300 - £2000). I wasn’t asking much. Pack up and move a one bedroom flat in to a house. Jones move struck me as a potential. They didn’t hound me with quotes or texts, it was actually quite refreshing. I couldn’t have been more pleased. The team fully boxed up our contents and moved everything securely and promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend to friends or to use them again. Rosie and the team were a pleasure to work with. The price was realistic and sensible. Don’t be fooled by cheap quotes. Do your homework. They are cheap to lure you in. You’ll pay for it in the end. Jones moves is an excellent company and I highly recommend them if you are planning a move. Rosie is excellent, she is extremely accommodating and helpful. Casey and Liam are amazing. Movers walked off and decided they didn’t want to do the move! Do not consider this company for your move unless you want to risk not moving at all. Team showed up late, clearly did not want to do the move despite full move details being supplied (floor, parking arrangement). Walked off and never moved us.

Quoted a very competitive price and every aspect of my experience using them was 5 star from initial contact and liaising prior to the move with Rosie in the office through the guys carrying out the move on the day. Will be using them again for future moves and would not hesitate to recommend them!
