Absolutely top class experience, literally nothing to complain about. Rosie was very helpful in our email correspondence leading up to the move itself and accommodated my extra questions and requests with no problems at all. The guys were very friendly and considerate during the move - they obviously knew exactly what they were doing and got everything in and out with no fuss at all, and reassured me through my anxiety about whether or not our things would fit into the van! I had been very stressed about our short notice move but the easy and professional handling by Jones Moves meant that it went so smoothly that I really didn’t need to worry at all. I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing removals of any kind.

Very easy to arrange the delivery, everything was very organise from the beginning and they were very flexible with my times and dates. When they guys arrive they did everything very quick and efficient. Everything was very well packed and it was left in the right rooms.

The guys were extremely polite and really efficient with the move. All items were handled with care and even though they were working hard (no lifts so plenty of stairs) they still had smiles and got the job done quickly. Would highly recommend them.

I can't rate otherwise. Definitely a good 5 stars for this family company. We appreciated clear communication since the first quote. Little bit more expensive than other quotations, but no hidden fees and we personally loved the quote as fix job, no hourly. That gave us peace of mind.

On the day of our move, three guys came over, very polite and very good. They did an amazing job moving our stuff from a second top floor to another second top floor, ..tough job!!!

Our neighbours they even did not realise we moved in that day: nice, quick and noiseless.

I honestly couldn’t recommend this team highly enough. We were nervous at the prospect of emptying our fifth floor flat with an awkward L shaped sofa, and old Victorian lifts but they made the process so effortless. They were extremely quick, we couldn’t believe how painless they made the whole process.

They were super professional and fast, great value for the service as well, made me feel very stress free. Everything was safely secured and care taken at every step. Definitely recommend :)

They moved all our stuff with no problems and zero breakages, and had no issues disassembling and re-assembling furniture.
Everything was included in the fee we paid upfront - no hidden or extra charges arose.
I have no hesitation in recommending them, and we will use them if we move again in future.

Rosie was great from the start. Provided us with a quote, which she updated when I added/took away various bits of furniture. The boys arrived 15 minutes early and got straight to work. They negotiated the 42 (aaah!) steps up to my new flat and managed to get the most awkward sofa in through the most awkward shaped hallway. The whole move was completed in two hours. Worth every penny and would 100% hire them again.

I would 100% recommend JonesMoves Ltd. They made our move so much easier than it would otherwise have been. The team on moving day were efficient, friendly and very careful with our furniture and belongings. We were so impressed, we have worked with other movers before but they do not compare to the team at Jones Moves.

Rosie in the office was fab from the initial enquiry all the way through to the day. She was so helpful and quick to respond to all of my questions and calmed me down when our lift broke down two days before we were due to move! Their prices are so reasonable, it is excellent value for money too!

Jones Moves covered my recent house move and the whole thing went perfectly- the guys arrived on time (in fact earlier than planned) and worked all day from 8 to 5 without any real break. They did a full pack and move including white goods and some difficult pieces of furniture and I can't fault them at all- they were friendly, polite and did the work really quickly and efficiently.

I would 100% recommend them and would use them again for any similar work. The whole day went smoothly and that was largely thanks to them.

Great!! Fast, efficient, friendly, took care of everything. Arrived to find the lift broken to the second floor drop off. They just got on with it...
Only booked the day before due to completion uncertainly. But brilliant service. Rosie was totally available for assistance for sorting the booking. Couldn't believe how good they were after their quote came in half what JamVans quoted.
