The book was very carefully packed and arrived just in time for me to give it to the 91-year-old granddaughter of the illustrators. She left the next day with her family to retrace her grandparents’ footsteps along the Clyde and visit the places they painted for the book. Her grandfather had signed this special edition, I was so lucky to find it! It’s a sentimental treasure, very beautiful, and in the good condition described on the website. I am completely happy with Jonkers.

Easy website ordering and swift delivery of an accurately described product.

A member of my family purchased a book from this firm 10 years ago, the book was sold to them with a huge mark up at £250. Jonker’s still have a copy of that book in store at a value of £150. In discussion with them when asked if they wanted to buy the book back, they said not to say how much was paid for the book originally. This is because the book is worth £40, I feel my family member was taken advantage of by Jonker Book shop. Check the price elsewhere before you buy from this establishment.
