The agency is great, they were speedy with my onboarding and helped me achieve my goals.
I am working with Jon and his team now for exactly 3 months and 16 days... My experience so far is great, I've spent $1756 in ads and they have found a winner for me that is now doing lower 5 figures now and I could finally quit my job this week!!! It's only going to grow from here...
Thank you Jon!!
I so appreciate the work his team has done for me. They found me a winning product in just 3 weeks and are focusing on scaling it up now!
Big shoutout to Jon Mac
What a legend, his training works guys!
Even if Im stubborn and do things my own way, he certainly knows what he’s doing and we should pay attention to that
I feel most products are getting more saturated and it pays to find the product yourself that hasn’t hit the newsfeeds, unfortunately I can’t say I ever really found a winner, I just scraped through
Update: Jon Mac or someone from his team are purposely reporting reviews here on Trust Pilot, as my review was reported AGAIN after verifying with the Trust Pilot integrity team that I in fact did work with these scammers. Hopefully Trust Pilot realizes their sneaky and fraudulent damage control strategies and put a stop to it!
Again, I implore you, run Faarrr from these guys! Do not waste your money with them!!!
Original post:
This company is an absolute scam! They are very responsive to get you on board, but as soon as they get your money, responses are VERY limited. They took 2 whole weeks to get my ads started because of their negligence They are very disorganized. They provided subpar results and then CLAIM you have found a winning product! According to them a winning product has a ROAS of 2.0. Mind you - one sale gives you a ROAS of 2.0, ONE!!!! So how is this a winning product If its only one sale??RUN FROM THIS COMPANY ! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Anyone who wants to see proof of this, I have proof!
If i could rate this company negative one star - I would. A 1 star is way too much for this crappy company. The money back guarantee is a total SCAM ! Because one sale to them is a winning product as one sale gives a ROAS of 2.0, which to them is a winning product.
DO NOT , I REPEAT DO NOT give these people your money!
UPDATE May 13th 2020: It seems that the Jon Mac team found this review a week ago, didn't like it, and claimed it violated Trust Pilot's standards in order to have it taken down.
As I said below, some people probably succeed with the Jon Mac Ad Agency and Commercehq. My concern is that when they didn't fulfil their guarantee, they refused to refund my money.
When Jon Mac objected to my post, I was invited to respond - which I did. On the same day, I also wrote another email to their Ad Manager. That was five or six days ago and I have not had a response from either. That is a stark contrast to the efficient responses I used to get from the Ad Manager when I was paying the Ad Agency to do my advertising, so I know he received my email but, it seems, is choosing to ignore it.
I think people need to be warned that this could happen to them.
April 12th 2020 ORIGINAL POST THAT JON OBJECTED TO:
I bought Jon Mac's Store Formula last November. Did three quarters of the training over the next six weeks and realised I was too time poor to properly do the business. In the meantime I had been receiving lots of emails from the Jon Mac Ad Agency promising to do wonders for my business by taking over all the advertising.
Very long story short... They failed to get the results they promised and won't take any responsibility for it. In fact they claim they fulfilled their side of the deal, but they do that by picking and choosing the metrics that look good for them - and act like all the other bad metrics don't exist. For example, in order to be successful there MUST be a Return on Ad Spend of at least 2. A few of their ads achieved this, but most didn't. In two months my overall return on ad spend was 0.69 - meaning I operated at a significant loss. The Ad Manager won't acknowledge this but just keeps pointing out the successful ads.
The main response I got whenever I expressed concern was to pump more of my money into ads - usually for even less return. Then of course there were all the other expenses - product, shipping, fees.
They leave me $10,600 poorer - which includes two months of Jon Mac Agency fees of $3,800 a month.
Don't jump in and tell me I'm gullible (though maybe I am). Jon presents well. At the point I bought in I couldn't find any bad reviews. So I went in. Now of course, I regret that decision and it turns out that when Jon and his team don't achieve the metrics that Jon emphasises MUST be achieved in order to make profit, they cherry pick the metrics to 'prove' they fulfilled their side of the deal and leave you high and dry carrying your losses.
Don't be fooled by their money back guarantee or their advertising that promises to find you a winning product and scale it into a thriving business. It seems they do it for some people but I wonder how many others have a story similar to mine... The guarantee and their promises are meaningless.
