At first my jonr was working fine. I used it again to clean my sons' room and when I plugged it back in to self clean, it started cleaning for maybe 30 seconds and then suddenly stopped. I tried every alternative to fix my vacuum including cleaning it and checking the dock station. Every time I put the vacuum on the dock, the caution sign blinks about 15times and the only button that gives me a reaction is the language button. All this happened within a week. I've been emailing and sending DM's with no response. I got one reply asking for my order number and that was it. I want a refund...

jonr p20 pro should vacuum and wash my floor.
it moves around pretending to wash, but actually only washes when it changes direction.
i had to created carpets as "forbidden zones" to avoid it from trying to wash carpets. That's simply ignored by P20. It still trives to wash the carpets, gives up and ends in an error mide.

the worst crap I've ever wasted money on !
