Hello, I am referring to my various inquiries/emails regarding my order. Unfortunately, you have not been able to answer them yet.

I ordered the toilet because I am convinced of the system and also because you stated that it would be delivered in early July.

I hereby inform you that if the item arrives after July 22, 2025, we will have problems with acceptance, etc., as we have already planned a longer stay that cannot be postponed. In addition, I now have to arrange a replacement (as a temporary solution), which involves effort and additional costs. If you had correctly pointed out from the beginning that delivery would not take place until the second half of the year, we would have been able to plan accordingly. Unfortunately, this is not the case.

Very rare to find a company that stands by their warranty, is actually reachable and responds quickly.

I have slowly acquired many joolca items thanks to their innovative designs and when there is an issue they resolve it instantly.

I've not tested the item I purchased yet (GottaGo Toilet) so I'm unable to provide a review on that at this stage. Nonetheless, I can review on the customer service. We bought the GottaGo chemical toilet with the impression it'd be easily converted into an Eco toilet. The Eco toilet is unavailabe for delivery until September, hence the purchased chemical one. Yet, on the website, the Eco cassetes are available to be purchased, which confused me. I contacted customer service to see if it'd be possible to exchange the unused chemical cassete by the eco one. Sadly, it wasn't possible but there was a quick and thoughtful response to my issue and although the solution I sought wasn't possible, there was an alternative one that I was pleased with - discounted eco cassete. The friendly email and quick approach to my issue deserves 4 stars alone.

This is a really great product. Well made and very well designed. There was a long lead time to get it delivered to me but I was kept informed at every step of the process.
On delivery I found there was a minor issue with my order so I emailed support team. I received a reply within minutes and my issue was resolved swiftly and with absolute professionalism from the team.
I would 100% recommend using this company for future. I will definitely be buying more products from them!

When a company has pride in their product it shines through in their attitude to after sales and customer support. Joolca has pride in bucket loads!
They really want you to enjoy their products and will do everything they can to make sure they do.
In my case, a query sent to them re strange behaviour of my two year old shower received a reply within minutes, the issue was identified and the replacement of the suspect part sent out the same day. Free!

The service is amazing, incredibly quick and brilliant at sorting out our issue. We've used our joolca products for nearly a year now and they are fantastic products. I thoroughly recommend.

I already have the hot water and decided to get the loo. Always quick response in sending orders and communication. Their website is informative and shows clearly how everything works.
The postie must have had a chuckle as the box has no discreet packaging at all. The loo is quite sturdy and you'd feel more secure than using a bucket 🪣 😉 👍 👌. The split system makes it easier to empty.

We pre ordered the Gotta go toilet as recommended by friends and knowing we had to wait for the next shipment, which arrived within the time frame explained via email. I can honestly say we are very impressed with the quality and features that this product offers compared to similar products on the market. There after care for customer service is first class and can highly recommend.

After a lot of research I found the hottap to be one of the best options so I purchased the hottap essential kit I then realised for my needs I wanted the filter pump I then emailed them about my mistake of ordering the essential kit instead of the outing and they quickly acknowledged my mistake and refunded the difference

After receiving the product I'm very impressed with the build quality and the ease of use we are looking forward to our now extended getaways off grid

Absolutely great customer service from Joolca, i was in the market for a gas shower to get my through a renovation! I was tempted to go with a cheaper chinese alternative to save money but Joolca offered 2 year warranty which filled me with confidence with their product, so i bought one! Had zero issues with the shower in over a year now, only issue i had was with the shower head leaking, i got intouch an Joolca sent me out a new one next day!! Amazing service. Thanks for so far a great experience

Joolca are great. Ive had my shower for nearly 1year. we live off grid in Wales UK. had no issues at all until the shower handle started leaking. got onto the service team and all sorted new handle sent out. Works great. amazing customer service and product.

I own several Joolca products (HOTTAP V2 Nomad, double en-suite plus awning set, shower base, quick release mount, and mount cover)
Absolutely love all of the products (as does my team mates on the RAF mountain bike team!!!)
When at home, the shower unit is mounted to the house wall for the purpose of washing my two Weimaraner dogs. Unfortunately, the zip on the mount cover broke due to being excessively stiff to open and close. I contacted Joolca and within minutes, Carissa had replied and offered a free replacement. Outstanding customer service. The replacement arrived within 3 days, of which I will mount at the weekend, when I return home. If you are into camping, the great outdoors, or need an outdoor shower for your animals, then I highly recommend Joolca. Quality products at great prices, with exceptional customer service.

We did reach out to Customer help desk, as we did face small issue with one part of the shower.
You wouldn't believe how quick, professional the case was dealt. In just 2-3 emails between us and Joolka Support Team we did receive replacement part.

Joolca as a company are absolutely brilliant, customer service second to none and exceptionally helpful and prompt with replies. The website is excellent, very simple easy to navigate. The products are fantastic, the quality and usefulness are great - we wouldn't be without them having purchased quite a few of their products, we keep coming back! Cannot recommend them high enough!!!!

I have dealt with Joolca for about 3 years and I love their products and customer service is excellent would highly recommend them .

Recently bought the Gottago from Joolca.
Pre ordered at the initial release, sadly there were a few delays in releasing the product which was a little annoying considering we’d paid in full upfront (but the pre order price was unmissable).
Joolca did respond to emails explaining there was an issue hence the delayed release) which was fair enough.
The Gottago arrived and I have to say, it’s very well made and designed!
The price ( even at full cost knocks the opposition out of the park)!
We had a slight issue with a seal that hadn’t adhered properly and the customer service has genuinely been phenomenal!
New part sent out the next day!
10/10 Joolca
