Disgraceful company

Disgraceful company. Sent wrong product, it took them forever to deliver! Customer care non existent, wrote them multiple times asking to exchange product or refund. Didn't even get a reply. Don't order anything from them, you'll be let down.

If i dont understand the language i get the proper answers and service with patience and kindness from custom service i love the products i bought and even if it takes time to arrive i am waiting patiëntly because they already explained it perfectly on the joom site so yes i like joom very much

Should be banned from Europe

Ordered kids shoes in March to be delivered in 1- 2 weeks max. Joom overpromised, delivery changed to one week later and finally changed to 22nd of June. 3 months after the order was made. It seems to be a scam to me. They say they refund 3 lontha after the order is made. I can’t trust them and wonder why they are allowed to operate in Europe. Even if they deliver kids shoes three months later the size will probably change and the season will be different.

STAY AWAY

STAY AWAY. Go away. Stay away. Now they even made Trustpilot take my review down ;)... Fckn Russian criminal fck. Ofcourse they will do what they can to take me down because they are scammers. This is how they treated me from day one. They dismissed everything from me like they first did not trust my initial complaint. Then they claimed they did not trust my pictures I added was real. The second time they got picture evidence they still claimed pictures was not enough and I said Swedish law does not require me to proove anything. And I got heard from Klarna, the credit payment site I luckily bought the shoes through. After around 60 emails back and fourth describing the case again and again. Klarna paid me a refund after all but they said Joom still got their money for the rubbish products.. And STILL JOOM want to defame me for opposing. They are criminals. The founder is a russian criminal.

Total scam

They are selling fake New Balance sneakers for the price of original (120 eur).
When you try to return the item because of poor quality and undersizining, they say that it should be sent back to China with a tracking nr. which costs around 70 eur from Europe.

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. Ordered some boots which took weeks to come. Too late for what I needed them for. Have been trying to contact them to get a return address for a week now but they do not reply. Yet they say items have to be returned within 14 days to get a refund?! Would never buy again.

I was ordering a duvet set on this for 36e and then I put it into Google search and saw the exact same set for 23e also on joom so ordered it that way but I don't think it's fair as it never came up for that price when I was searching

€30 Return for Wrong Size? Not Acceptable

I ordered a pair of shoes that unfortunately didn’t fit. When I tried to return them, I found out that I have to ship them back to Hong Kong at my own expense, which costs at least €30.

This was not made clear upfront and makes the return completely unreasonable. For a simple sizing issue, this turns into a very frustrating and expensive experience.

Overall, this is a poor customer experience and definitely not worth it. I would not order again.

Extremely low help center

Extremely low help center. Can't find anywhere and then when I find it, finally there only one putting and Always rounds same place 'select your order' and won't get further!!!!!
In my cases no is all about in few euros, it's more than that!! I really like to get in touch !!!!

I SUGGEST DONT ORDER!! there no return policy AT ALL

Beware! Fake!

Ordered 2 JBL earpods but got fake rubbish!
Also ordered Sandisk SD Memory Cards and they seem to be fake to, and certainly have all text on packeging in chineese!
And the customer service is appalling and no one to talk to.
I have already emailed them unlimited times, but other then the automated response, no response!

Beware! No customer service, no invoices!

Ordered sneakers. Got some updates of sending status. Plus that delivery could last up to 6 weeks worst case. This while 6-9 days was on website for my item. After waiting all this time I would have only a 2 weeks window to return or reclaim. Received sneakers after 3 weeks luckily. Company does not supply invoices. According to chatbot invoice not available, make screenshot of your order.....Seriously? No other ways of communication possible with this company! It is now on my blacklist!

I ordered from Joom a few weeks ago

I ordered from Joom a few weeks ago, got my first email from royal mail today saying the item has only just been picked up .... FROM CHINA.

So likely wont get it for another few weeks.

Not worth it if you are in the UK.

Terrible support experience. Order 8LM73QJD

I am extremely disappointed with Joom's customer service. I want to return an item that doesn't suit me, which is my right according to the return policy. However, it is impossible to get a response.
The in-app chat has been silent for a long time, the website support form redirects me back to the dead chat, and I cannot reach them via email. It feels like the company is intentionally ignoring my request to avoid processing the refund.
I demand a response and instructions for the return immediately.
