My experience with Joom was mixed. The site offers a wide range of products at very affordable prices, which is great. However, shipping times were longer than expected, and a few items didn’t match the product descriptions exactly.

Ordering is just fine but....

In case your order is wrong, or too small etc , you need to pay yourself the return of product per the courier prices of your own region with tracking, and jump through hoops and circles to get ur money back. Such as; send it before packing, send it when in package, send an image when all is done, send a tracking nr. Send a shipmeng nr... etc... and after they review the parcel ONLY THEN... you will receive ur money back. And do not get me started on how god awful the customer support is... 8 days for a reply and or a request of return/refund. Rather skip this one if u value ur nerves and money.

Overall, Joom has become one of my favorite places to shop when I want something different, affordable, and a little exciting.

they got down to payment and disappeared !!

I ordered a Light grey women's back pack hen it was delivered the colour was brown I have tried to get in touch with Joom but cannot find email etc also tried to do a return but would not except it. I have put a review on their website but have not had an answer it is a shame as the rest of the things I bought were good. I will not buy from Joom anymore if I do not receive a reply. I cannot understand a big company like this not responding to reviews

Con company beware any positive review is seeming to be left by AI as each review is from an account that has only ever written one review and that’s for this site,the negative reviews r left from genuine customers with many reviews

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Joom. This platform is a total scam.
Their customer support is non-existent. I have tried reaching out through their official help center and multiple social media channels, but they completely ignore all inquiries. They take your money and disappear. There is no accountability and no way to get a refund.
Save your time and money—shop elsewhere. Joom is not a reliable marketplace; it’s a trap for unsuspecting customers.

Beware of this site, its another Japanese scam website where they take your order and money, then cancel the order and only allow you a refund via points on their account as oposed to your actual money back ! It's a TOTAL SCAM AND CON !

My order was badly made and the item was broke. It cost me £63.00 and I emailed them straight away for a refund but they totally ignored me. I am really fed up with this company. I would not shops with them ever again. It has been a month nearly now and they are still ignoring me.I want a refund please.

Joom is brilliant, wow what a site, have everything mens women, high quality stuff. I purchased mens boots for fourth two pounds and they are top quality, also tights which were cheap but top quality, take a while to ship, but they update you, DPD then email on day of delivery, JOOM IS FANTASTIC. 10

I am looking for previous clients whom purchase products with no money refund, I brought product, after 13 day I had paid my product never left China mainland and apparently returned to seller, I ask for money refund but joom decided to only give me points on account, telling me that is what I selected, false, lies, I am putting in compensation claim, I feel my seller fake, I was giving a delivery date, please contact a solicitor or send a legal letter to joomI think many online companies are okay, but allow fake sellers on their sites. These days they seem to not care. We need these online sites to either be shut down or made accountable, millions of dollars are being scammed through these online sites.

Joom please don't be fooled by there cheap shoes . I ordered a size 4. But they have sent me a wrongly sized shoe more like a 3. IV tried to return Yes you can return to China at your cost . To return these shoes it will cost me far more than they cost me. I put my case to PayPal but Joom have more influence even over PayPal IV lost my case .so I'm left with a wrongly sized shoe . Don't they understand if the shoe was a size 4 I would be able to get my foot in and be happy to wear them.

Like many others, there is an issue with my order (Evri 'delivered' it to wrong address - if you call leaving it on a doorstep outside a derelict office block on a Friday night delivered. On locating the building of course my parcel wasn't there). Evri have washed their hands of the situation and referred me back to Joom. Joom can't be contacted. It's all Chatbot with generic answers. I'm out of pocket and without my order. Won't be using Joom or Evri again.
