I ordered a toy carry case for my Great Grandson from them & after receiving a confirmation email of the purchase I had no further communication from them nor the item ordered. After two unanswered emails & two attempts to contact them by "not-in-use" phone numbers I raised a dispute with Paypal who were fantastic & provided a refund.
So my advice would be to avoid this outfit like the plague!!!
Didn't even like leaving 1 star... I order my grandaughter some mini brand books... I recieved a confirmation email but never received my goods. I email them, no answer. I phoned them and... surprise surprise the number isn't recognised. All I can say is I'm glad it wasn't more money

I ordered all my grandson's bluely toys for Christmas, but nothing ever came, I emailed so many times, no tracking was given, and their helpline number doesn't work it's disconnected. They have deleted their Facebook page too. My grandson didn't get his toys for Christmas and I am so angry I trusted this company and couldn't get my money back because I paid by the bank, and no one order from this company!!!
Ordered on the 18th Dec 2023 and received order confirmation.
Now its 7th January and heard nothing.
Emailed them 3 times no reply and telephone number does not connect.
Paid by Klarna so have put in a complaint with Klarna.

Please avoid buying from this company. This company is a scam. I ordered something at the start of November and never got shipping confirmation. I emailed several times and got no reply. 2 weeks ago I decided to call them with the number on the website only to find out the number had been disconnected. After looking online I found out this company have scammed many others with loads of people saying they had not had shipping confirmation for their items either. Luckily I paid with clearpay and was able to get all my money back but others have not been so lucky. Please do not buy from Jordans Toy Store it is a scam website and should be taken down
