Ordered a pair of trainers from them. The description was inaccurate. They do not enclose a return form. Asked for a return but they never replied. Emailed them from multiply addresses - no luck. The phone +44 7378450879 never answered. Real scammers!

i dont understand why this website is getting such bad reviews when the shoes are great quality, i ordered two pairs of jordan 4s and they both come within 2 weeks.

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a pair of air Jordan retro black for daughter’s birthday. Size 4 & they are far too small. Although very responsive on email questions they are rude and unhelpful with regards to returns and told me that u would have to pay between £80 & £100 to cover shipping which makes it a pointless exercise. AVOID AT ALL COSTS- this is a fake site that are out to scam people!! Poor quality fakes also!

Ordered Jordan 4s in size uk8 as my daughter had found a great Black Friday deal on what she said was the official Jordan site. More fool me - it is not an official site.

Shoes arrived yesterday, they are smaller than a uk8 (my daughter has several uk8 Jordans that fit her fine, these are far too small) and the left and right shoe are not the same size - the right shoe fits my wife who is uk6.

Contacted the site and they asked for photographs, which I supplied showing the shoes side by side and on a tape measure. They then responded:

“If you want to return this pair of shoes, then the high shipping cost and customs duty need to be borne by you, because this style we sold thousands of pairs of shoes, and no customers have said that the size is not standard.“

They did not provide a return address.

So much for their money back guarantee displayed on their website.

UPDATE
They have stated that the “error” between the size of the shoes is “not that big” ie they are not the same size but that they should be ok to wear!

If I want to return them, they now state:

“for return.you need bear the the high shipping fees and customs duties,also need take much time on the return,which is not cost-effective for you,you willing to pay it,or later ask little refund for you as compenate ?“

Further update:
The site became very upset when I disputed the transaction with my bank under the Visa scheme on the basis that I believed the shoes to be fake. They threatened to sue me and to “ruin [my] reputation locally” if I did not withdraw the dispute with the bank and bombarded me with emails. So I asked legitcheck to verify the shoes: they stated that they were fake, after I informed the site of this they have not emailed once.

Stay well clear.

This is a scam site, we paid £138.00 for Jordan’s. Never received them and no response to phone or emails. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!
