Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, cooler broke down on a Monday, wasting over £1000 of stock, they couldn't get an engineer until Tuesday who then needed to order a part, which wasn't ordered until I phoned up to check it had been ordered on the Wednesday, the engineer then showed up before the part had been delivered on Thursday, so said he would have to come back on Friday, he failed to show up on Friday nobody bothered phoning to say he had been held up on another job, only when I called after waiting most of the day did they tell me he wouldn't be able to get to me and would have to come Monday, when I kicked up a fuss they said they would make an appointment for the egineer to come out at 9.00 Saturday morning, I'm now writing this review at nearly 10.00 Saturday morning and there is no sign of an engineer. If this is the way Jordon's treat their customers my suggestion to anyone planning on spending money on a cooler is shop elsewhere.
