Great experience. The eye frame that I wanted was not available in the website, but after talking to the brand via whatsaap (super convenient) they were super helpful and I was able to place an order and it arrived super quickly.
The packaging is amazing is you are thinking of purchasing for a gift.

Here are people who love their work
Here are people who love their work! I ordered a spectacle frame for my son from Germany. Due to the fact that this eyewear shop, the only one that, still had this special frame, I dared to order it. I can only say that if there were 100 stars, I would give them to this business. So I imagine customer service, great communication with the customer, the goods were described to us and the whole thing was packed with a lot of love and thus arrived safely from Portugal to Germany. I'm just very happy, now my child is getting his new glasses. Many thanks to the entire team. Best regards from Germany.

Missing Items
Delivery was great, communication was also good with the price of the glasses also being good. I have rated this review a two as the glasses we brought as per advert and description were “solar” so had the sunglasses attachment pictured in the description which we did not receive unfortunately so this let a good experience down.

My experience is that you get a very quick and good serrvice
My experience is that you get a very quick answer from this Portuguese optician and the handling is very adequate. Shipping is also fast, I live in the Netherlands, via DHL Express. The item will be neatly and well packaged. I therefore recommend this optician to anyone who is looking for good glasses online or in person. In my case, RayBan sunglasses which are not available everywhere.
