UK Customer Service - or lack of....

I have been using the UK service for about a year. Their Customer Service is best called variable. When I hear or get to speak to someone they are very nice and helpful.... but it's getting them to respond to emails or phone calls that's the problem. Invariably I have to try and get in touch 2 or 3 times to illicit a reply regarding a repeat perscrition.

Come on guys, it's 2026 it's really not difficult when basically I'm trying to give you money!

Terrible service

Terrible service. I booked and prepaid for an MRI scan. I received an email on Boxing Day to say that the scan had been cancelled. I requested a refund straightaway.
After several calls, left messages (no response) and countless emails, I am still waiting for my refund. I have now putting it in the hands of my Credit Card company. I wouldn’t trust this company!
