Great service
I made an order on a Sunday and the wine was delivered to Belgium only 4 days later.
The goods were sufficiently packed and there was no damage to any of the wine.

Good customer service, prompt dispatch
Prompt and courteous response from the seller.
Some communication problems with the company taking care of the delivery - resulted in several delays in delivery and them (unnecessarily) attempting to deliver it when I was not home (which I told them in advance).

better avoid if you don't live in the Netherlands
1 - website only in Dutch
2 - I had to send two and three emails to have two answers in English
3 - Shipment costs too high (40 euros for 12 half bottles to Italy)
4 - 4.95 euros for Paypal transaction
5 - no information on delivery times

I’m sorry to hear that you had such a bad experience with this order.
This is one of the few cases in a year that we ship wine to a country other than Holland, Luxemburg or Belgium.
That’s also one of the reasons that our website is only available in Dutch.
We did our upmost best to send you this wine as soon and correctly as possible.
Because of that reason it strikes me to see this reaction!
