I ordered a ring from the website for my daughters birthday, but unfortunately there were problems with the delivery with DAO - Josephine quickly and professionally resolved the problem without any extra expenses for me, and the ring came just in time for the birthday :-)
NB: and the ring is exactly as beautiful as in the pictures on the website :-)

I ordered a ring from JosephCPH, and it arrived within two days. Unfortunately it was too small.. Therefore I wrote an email, asking if it was possible to return the ring for a larger size. I got my email answered very quickly, and was told "Of course, just send a picture of the return shipment receipt, and you'll receive a gift certificate, matching the price of the ring". I sent the picture, and almost immediately I got the gift certificate. I ordered the same ring in a larger size, and once again, it arrived within two days!! All in all was it a very pleasant experience, and I highly recommend buying jewelry from this brand. Lets be honest, the jewelry is beautiful, and the service is top quality.
