I bought a flat from Joseph Homes (Fellow House - Millbrook Park) 3 months ago and I am very unhappy with the quality. There has been water coming into my flat. The fault was detected the day I got the keys and I was told it was going to be repaired immediately. I have been chasing them but sadly nothing has been done. Sadly I would not recommend buying a property with them. Its is honestly nerve wracking every time it rains.

We were looking the purchase the apartment since beginning of 2020 in a different location and different developer. Purchase didn't happen due to Covid-19 and we came back a year later. The attitude that met with was just incredible "this is it, you can have it or leave it". We abounded the developer. After looking around, we ended up in North London where we came to see the area and by coincidence we met Saida from No.1 Millbrook Park. Not only that we had no appointment scheduled, the care, knowledge and the honesty she spoke with about the development, we knew that there was no other place for us but No1. Millbrook Park. Having said that, we were in touch with other developers in the area but if I compare the first approach, none of them cared.
We successfully completed our purchase in the middle of summer 2021, and moved right after. Everyone dreams about perfect home, so did we. We found it. Despite of small snags that needed to be fixed until now, we have no reservations about the purchase.
Saida and Linda from Sales team were outstanding from the very beginning and we still keep in touch; they delivered amazing experience and helped us to minimise the stress from the entire process. The next steps were handled with Julie who was outstanding. She guided us and supported every step of the purchase up until completion. Julie even called the evening before her holidays to inform us that she will be away and she told us who to contact if we need to. (Maybe, I'm too used to receive just out-of-office message...)
If I can be honest, we were anticipating that there will be snags to be dealt with. The managing company is dealing with snag removal, and yes, there were some no-show appointments but overall, the level of communication from Jerry and the team is great. Chris, the man in charge, came on couple of occasions to attend snags, we took an opportunity to ask more about our home and he is very knowledgeable about the property. He gave us hints what to/not to do if we wish to keep the apartment in the perfect shape. Although, this is the third party and not really Joseph Homes company, I'd like to mention it here. We subscribed to local FB groups to learn more from people living around, to pick up their knowledge and experience. All of these helped us to realise how lucky we are.
We're living here for nearly 3 months, we are loving the area, we're loving the view (!) and already met some nice neighbours, too.
Back to Joseph Homes, would I go back and decide to buy with them again. YES!

We have bought a new built from Joseph Home at Mill Hill East. I would like to share my experience in the platform as there is no other channel I can express my stress and unhappy experience so far. First in the closing date, the inspection carried by the Joseph Home is very limited & causal, there are still many items has problem and they said they will follow up at "clixifix" which is online system and you register the problem and they will fix the problem accordingly. I have many problems still idle since April and no news. Call them has no use at all. There is many arrangement problem on what the system agreed and what actually happened. Rare to have arrangement happened on schedule and you have to be all the time waiting for them, even you contact the site manager, nothing they can do. On site manager is nice person but there is no enough staff to fix the problem. I don't want to keep writing email or call the "clixifx", and I would like to talk to right person and fix the problem without further delay.

I regret purchasing a property from Joseph Homes. As soon as you purchase the property, sales team will not even look at you hence I will not recommend them to anyone. Besides the service, you will notice a high number of issues at their properties despite its being newly built.

The flat is built to a very high quality, fitted with great appliances (Bosch), and quality materials have been used throughout. For example, for the wooden flooring they have used one of the best and most expensive types of engineered wood available on the market.

The team has a great software tool that we can use to report problems and track progress. Whatever minor defects we have found have been fixed.

Overall, it's been a 5* experience and we're happy that we've chosen Joseph Homes.

We recently completed on the purchase of a flat in the Tramyard Building. The whole experience of Joseph Homes has been great and a special mention to Poppy and Julie, the Sales Co-ordinators, who were able to answer our extensive queries about the lease and the development. Highly recommended.

Purchasing my apartment from Joseph Homes was a very pleasant experience. Having agreed to purchase off plan the team were very flexible and accommodating when I wanted to view even when the property was a building site! (credit to John M) I was always kept up to date with progress and the team went above and beyond to meet my very tight move in date.

The after sales care has also been relatively pain free, with any snagging issues seen to and rectified in good time.

We are very happy with our new home. The attention from the Joseph Homes team has always been great and the property itself is finished to a high standard, with high quality materials and craftmanship. The flat has a superb layout with great use of space and storage cupboards. The building is in a lovely neighbourhood surrounded by nature, parks and still close to the underground. It's been even better than what we anticipated.

Since we stepped into the showroom flat it felt like home for us and it just got better when we finally got the keys to our own flat facing the lovely Panoramic Park!
Flat was delivered sparkling clean and we ran a snagging survey after completion which found just a few superficial snags (we would expect way more for a newly built) and Joseph Homes have been more than quick to sort. Overall the flat is in great condition and we can tell the finishes are durable and of good quality.
Overall good service, we are more than happy with our purchase!
