I am very pleased with the quality of the goods. I am somewhat disappointed that within twenty four hours of placing my order and having to pay postage, you then offered free delivery on the same piece of clothing. I will have to give second thoughts to re-ordering from you because of that.

A reliable company which produces well made clothes

A very simple process. Efficient and clear. Liked the trousers.

Some nice designs but poor materials and workmanship. Jumper was scratchy and disintegrated after a few months wear. Impossible to get off their mailing list: no matter how many times you click Unsubscribe they still bombard you by email and post (I thought this was illegal?)
[Edit: since posting this, Joseph Turner say they have removed me from their mailing list, but they haven't. They still send an email every day, even though I have unsubscribed three times]

I seem to be the odd one out. Bought some moleskin jeans with stretch. When they came they were nearly two inches too big in the waist and the waistband had been fused so that it neither stretched nor shrank back. The seat and thighs are roomy to say the least. A smaller size was unavailable.
Beware- these are made very oversized and there is no point in them being of stretch fabric, it just means they get baggy knees. Also, not worth the full price which must have been set to be discounted. Will not be troubling them again.

See previous - parcel arrived on 21st December. Jumper nice but too close a call for Christmas as ordered so long before.

I purchased 2 jumpers and 1 jacket as Christmas presents for my Husband. He is a tall but slim man and often has trouble with sleeve lengths and jacket lengths. Both sleeves and length of jacket were perfect. So well done

Excellent delivery, even to the States and wonderful jersey.

You can rely on Joseph Turner for beautifully made, classic clothes. They use quality fabrics and the fit is generous.

Ordering is simple; packaging and delivery are excellent. (Returns not a problem.)

It is worth noting that some of their offers and sale items are very good indeed.

Brushed cotton night shirts and rugby shirts are good. Shirts are good and jackets are good.

Not so good are trousers. The waists are cut slightly too low and this combined with lack of stretch in the fabric means the waist band is on the pelvis and not the waist and is thus too tight at 32 and too slack at 34.

M&S fabric has some stretch and so this problem does not arise.

I bought an excellent Jumper for £90 only to see it in a special offer two weeks later for £72. However, your very efficient lady in Yorkshire quickly arranged a repayment of the difference! I do like the JT cloths very much!

good quality goods but expensive. I wish JT did not consider 30"short for trousers. their models often wear trousers that are too long for them. is this a company blind spot? I, who am of average build, always need to shorten their trousers
