I worked weekly with Josh and Poli at first during 7 Weeks for the Reality Shifting program and then for 8 weeks for the Release & Reconnect program. I can't say how much insights I gained, how much I became more conscious of things and I can't say how much Grateful I am for their help, support, kindness. They are an inspiring couple who listen and share everything they learned AND experienced. They are providing only the results of what they found valuable and efficient to help to gain more consciousness and reconnect with our true self. My experience with them is beyond anything I experienced so far and beyond what i imagined. I am deeply grateful to continue with them, on my journey towards my most optimal self, on my most optimal path. I am grateful to be part of the Higher Self Activation family

I attended multiple programs with Josh and Poli. Their programs are packed with knowledge sharing and tools to change your life forever. They are definitely not holding back and I would say the content is absolutely not mainstream. So what you get here, you may not get anywhere else. I learned mind-blowing and valid knowledge that helps me in going towards my true goal and aligned life. At the same time, Josh and Poli make you feel very welcomed and at home. So I can definitely recommend joining one or all of their programs.

Very energetic and engaging. They are living examples of authenticity. They understand spiritual principles and share it in a fun and relatable way.

Release and reconnect is life changing! Words can’t really describe how incredible this program is. The program is a true experience into finding more than yourself but something beyond you and releasing who you are who you thought you were on a deeper level going beyond this life’s journey to elevate you to your true self.

I’m no longer searching externally for answers. Instead, I am discovering them within, tapping into a higher version of myself. This is something I’ve been doing for a long time without realizing it. Now, I’ve acknowledged this process and am working to strengthen the connection. I understand that what happens around me isn’t mere coincidence but is happening for my benefit. I’m seeing how everything has come together to bring me to where I am now. I’m more in tune with myself and the energies around me, and my perspective on life has shifted. I move differently, am more aware, and have a deep trust that the universe and source are guiding me.

I’ve connected with parts of myself that I didn’t know existed. I’m not only in touch with my higher self, but I’m also more attuned to people and my intuition. My intuition has become much stronger, and I have a confidence that I thought I already had but now realize I didn’t. It feels as if a veil has been lifted. I’ve discovered that things I believed and felt were true but wasn’t actually practicing. For example, I thought I trusted, but I now see that I didn’t. I had doubts and hesitation. I believed I was confident, but I wasn’t. I was not truly confident in myself or the thoughts that came to me. I wasn’t listening, but now I have the confidence to hear what is coming to me and to follow my intuition. I trust that it is real and not something I’m making up. I see my path differently now and recognize that the blockages I faced were self-imposed. Even though I was making progress toward my goals and had a vision, I had unconscious beliefs holding me back from fully stepping into my purpose.

Although I don’t know how everything will come together, I’ve never trusted as much as I do now. I believe that the universe and my higher self are guiding me to where I need to be. I hear and feel things much more clearly, and I know this will change my life. I can’t wait to see what unfolds. Even after the program has finished, I continue to experience positive changes. This process is ongoing, and my life is evolving. If this opportunity comes to you, it’s for a reason, and it’s up to you to decide if you want to take it to create a shift in your life. I’m so glad I did. I don’t even know how I managed to participate, but I did. I didn’t have time to join the sessions live, yet somehow the universe made a way. I wasn’t actively seeking this program, but it found me at the perfect time. Even when I missed a session, I trusted there was a reason behind it. If this opportunity has come to you, it’s for a reason. I truly believe that nothing is a coincidence, so don’t hesitate.

Josh and Poli are great! The workshop I attended was interactive and I felt seen and heard throughout. They both have so much knowledge and I could listen to them all day! The aftercare was exceptional too.

It delivers knowledge you will most probably not find in any other course available out there. They share what worked for them in years of experimentation and they know what it takes for you to succeed. They support you throughout the process, they are empathic and will cheer for you. This is life changing - if you put in the work, and stay with it. I am deeply grateful for the experience and what I received.

I was in need of some trauma healing and the service from Josh and Poli was exceptional.

I was made aware what to expect before my session and was put at ease instantly.
The session itself came from a place of no judgment which allowed my to open myself up, fully to the experience.

The breath work gently guided me to a point where I was able to release emotions that had been held inside me for so long. It was very much needed.

I came away feeling lighter, positive and empowered. I knew that from this point on, I would no longer be carrying the heavy wait of past experiences that were not beneficial to my future.

The knowledge that they have surrounding manifestation and law of attraction/ spirituality is worlds away from the basic content that I had studied for so long on YouTube etc.

I realised immediately after starting work with Josh and Poli that there were many things I had misunderstood and head been doing incorrectly.

My 3 days experience with Joshua and Paulina was amazing! I learned so many things about myself, i gained so much knowledge and especially about nutrition and good food and i calm myself release unwanted energies from my body with the exercises.
