Terrible quality of the products for…

Terrible quality of the products for the price point, and returns take weeks to process. They charge for returns.

Ridiculous

After fighting and staying home to get the delivery of my bed… 3 cancellations and they lost my parcels…
They were not able to put my address right and Jotex was just putting the fault on PostNL when PostNL clearly showed me that it was Jotex that did a mistake.

Jotex ? NEVER AGAIN.

Cargo company couldn't find us in the…

Cargo company couldn't find us in the apartment and product that I bought turned back to seller next day. Normally cargo companies give packages to our neighbors or leave it to pick up point. However in this case it was directly sent back somehow.

Don’t buy directly even when the product in outlet

I just bought carpet from outlet, 5 days later there is a promotion to get extra discount 40% when you buy more than 2 items from outlet. I have like at least 2 extra items on my wishlist. So i contacted the Jotex for solution so I can buy more items with the extra discount.
But Jotex just say No.

I always buy a lot of products from jotex. The quality of the products and design is perfect. All items are eye catchers.
