I recently came back from around a year of not using Jotform, but my account was suspended. I asked support for the reason why They responded that asking for a user's username is sensitive information. Support then stopped responding to me when I asked how usernames are sensitive information. Most of the five star reviews are likely people paid to make them, as most of everyone who did vote five stars have only reviewed once.

I only gave a one star because zero was not available. The WORST customer service EVER. There is absolutely zero concern for the customer once they pay - they are out and have no desire to fix any issues that are 1000% the fault of the system. Not user error. I am very competent with computers and their system totally shut me down and I could not access very important documents that I needed to run my business and it cost me clients.

I reached out to Jotform with a simple inquiry about their Enterprise platform, but the follow-up from their sales representative felt unnecessarily pushy and condescending. After not responding for a few days (their emails were actually in my spam folder), I received a message implying that my lack of response meant their offer “wasn’t a priority.”
When I politely replied, explaining the situation and stating that I was no longer interested due to the tone of the message, the representative ended the exchange with a curt “good luck.”
That kind of attitude is disappointing and unprofessional, especially from a company that claims to value customer relationships. It completely changed my perception of Jotform, Good luck, guys!

One of our employees left the company and we lost access to our account and receipts. First, I had to go through an AI that didn't understand my question, then I finally reached a human agent who put me through a lengthy process. I couldn't get the receipts from the account and then she wanted me to fill out a lengthy account recovery process (which I don't have a problem with doing and will do), but it's obvious that when the "other department" receives the request they will see that my ID does not match the person on the account and reject. Something I tried telling the agent multiple times. She was extremely unhelpful. She then told me after I asked multiple times to speak to a supervisor that the only way to speak to a supervisor was to login and leave a message on the contact screen. I have never heard of anything as silly as that. When you got to modern companies tickets are generated and all she had to do was escalate the ticket to a manager. I finally told her nevermind. We can just call the credit card company and have them cancel the account on their end and choose another company to do business with. I wasn't trying to cancel the account, we just want to get the receipts so we can expense it and find a way to recover. The agent was extremely unhelpful. The hunt is on to find a replacement.

We used Jotform for our Trunk or Treat voting this year, and it worked great from start to finish! The platform was very easy to use — setting up the form, adding photos, and sharing the link or QR code took no time at all. It looked clean and professional, and parents found it simple to access and vote right from their phones.
One of the best parts was how organized everything stayed. All the responses were easy to view and track in one place, which made managing the event much smoother. The QR code feature was especially helpful for families voting in person.
The only small downfall we ran into was the submission limit — we thought our plan included 500 submissions, but it turned out to be 100 for the month. We also haven't figured out how to transfer submissions to a Google Sheets page, but that’s something we’re still working on.
Overall, Jotform made the process simple, efficient, and professional. It’s a great tool for school events, sign-ups, and fundraisers, and we’ll definitely use it again for future BMES PTO activities.

Really easy to use software, has a lot of features even on a free account to allow for flexibility depending on what you need. Forms & Tables are the two I've used most, allowing for lead transferring into my business, with tracking through whilst giving external associates a view of how the work is progressing. AI chatbot is going to change a lot for the better, as a new company training it early, for future staff to use will make life a lot easier, especially working within a scheme which has lots of paperwork, abelianizations, technical info etc.

I paid a full year upfront and cancelled months later when I no longer needed the service. Despite the “cancel anytime” promise, support first told me I wasn’t eligible for any refund after 30 days, then offered me only $60 — basically 3 months — instead of a fair 6-month pro-rata (~$174).
For context, I’d paid month-to-month for 2 years before they pressured me into a yearly plan. When you try to cancel, they keep your money rather than pro-rating the unused time. This feels deceptive and not customer-friendly at all. I can’t recommend them.

Jotform is pretty much easy to use and it has been a game-changer for me. I have been using the usual and simple forms before but with this website, I get to be creative when creating forms. It's also not that hard to use and it's beginner friendly.

Tried the free trial, got the phone number and all...
it didnt have alot of options it shoulda had, it wouldnt even let my ai provide links and images to customers. it was trying to have my jump through 100 steps for a simple image, when training it to know the image links and maybe some keywords coulda changed it all...and the phone number cant even transfer calls to a human. wth?
i asked for a refund they gave me what i paid, but said the yearly phone number i had to buy for the ai phone or voice isnt refundable.
another poorly done setup.
