FriendlySuper helpfull team
Friendly, super helpfull person, also when I had issues, via the chatbox, people could help me very quickly. Only negative was when I had to get my bike, it was raining, and all the extra stuff is in a bag which is mad out of a kind of carton, and everything felt when I took my bike (so all the new books etc). They should have protected it.

Quality and outstanding support
I was impressed by the quality and performance of the bike. The bike is lightweight, durable, and perfect for my needs. When I had an issue with a flat tire, the team quickly addressed it and provided prompt service. I highly recommend Joule for their excellent bikes and reliable customer support!

It would be a 5 star rating if the recycle paper bag with charger and paperwork was not fully saturated with rainwater and disintegrated when picking up the bike.

Excellent so far! Good communication. Quick bike fixes. I wish they had a service for non business use and perhaps a replacement bike service like they have for car leasing companies while you wait for your ordered bike.
