SCAM. I ordered a dinosaur necklace OVER A YEAR AGO (June of 2020) and it has never showed up. I’ve emailed multiple times and they completely ignored them all. Don’t waste your money on these scammers.

I have ordered something over 4 MONTHS ago and have not even receieved an email response!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS “shop”. Ordered over a month ago and never received. I called and emailed multiple times. It’s a scam.

Ordered in June. Never received. It's now November. No responses from customer service. Scam. Theft. Criminal, plain and simple.

Don’t order from them. They’re literally a scam. I ordered dinosaur things on May 29th, and in late July I received wrong items, literally just necklace chains. I’ve emailed them over 8 times to get it fixed or to get a refund and ive heard nothing. They’re a fraud.

This is a scam! Ordered from here in May. It said my order would arrive in 2 weeks. I emailed them 5 times and they’d always say it would ship in 10 days. I just got my package 3 months later and they sent me a necklace that I did not order. Now they won’t respond to any of my emails.

Scam basically. Ordered months ago. Two months later I followed up and they said it would be shipped in 10 days and they were behind. I e-mailed again today and they sent me the same message. Probably automated.

I placed my order months ago, nothing telling me it is on its way, no sign of all the stuff i ordered. My boyfriend previously ordered a dinosaur ring and was not refunded, but instead sent a windchime with a notice that they were out of stock. Clearly doesnt know how to handle selling items. This website is unreliable and after reading other reviews, steals money from customers without actually giving them products

Waited for what seems like 2-3 for my order to arrive. While it did came and not as bad-looking, the skeletal t-Rex necklace’s quality is less than stellar compared to what’s shown on the pictures. Pretty much on me since I expected as much when taking a gamble on a shady website.

Order never shipped, 2 months.

Placed my order on May 31st, order was confirmed and the status of my order simply said "Order placed". I checked my shop app continuously for the next month for shipping information and the status still just said "Order Placed". I emailed customer support on June 22nd, and received a response within 24 hours from a Renee saying that due to Covid-19 some shipments were being delayed. I decided it was an acceptable excuse and waited. And waited. I waited 3 more weeks and still not so much as an estimated shipping date, order status still says "Order Placed". Nothing to do with delayed shipping, they just never sent it out. So I emailed customer support again, said if I can't get any information about the shipment of my order I wanted a refund. No excuses this time, just an email back saying my refund would be issued in 7-10 business days. I seriously doubt they had any intention of sending me the items I purchased, and I'm not gonna hold my breath waiting on the refund either.

I found "sciencemart" through an Instagram ad and read some of the comments which seemed ok. I ordered a couple of necklaces and after a week of not receiving a shipping notice. I emailed their customer service email and haven't received a response. The Terms of Service on their website mentioned they were owned by a parent company Corry Consulting LLC. After a little research, it seems Corry Consulting owns more than 1 online marketplace, including Joulery. They make it appear as though these are small businesses and entice you with "going out of business" sales. They definitely are not going out of business.

I'm comforted to see the above reviewer stating they did eventually get their order. I have been checking my bank account almost obsessively to make sure they didn't steal my information.

Found them through a "going out of business sale" advertised on Facebook. As soon as the sale ended... they were right back to doing regular business, and continued to send me advertisement emails after I'd used the unsubscribe link multiple times. Seems sketchy, but I *did* eventually get the jewelry I ordered (shipping took a few weeks- much longer than advertised.)
